The hotel had a comfortable bed and duvet, along with a great iron that actually worked. the room was spacious and well-equipped with a walk-in shower and toiletries. the staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. the hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions, bars, and restaurants. the hotel had a great atmosphere and stylish interior decor.

there were some issues with the room, such as marks on the walls and a tap that ran all night. there was a time limit imposed on dining, which made the experience feel rushed and pressured.

The room was one of the nicest I've stayed in, with a well-stocked mini fridge. I slept soundly as the room was quiet. The receptionist even wished me a happy birthday!

The service was exceptional, with fantastic room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, and a welcome drink. The room amenities, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, sitting area. The staff were especially friendly and accommodating, with the manager that moved our room giving us the best service and promising to report any issues to the management here.

Had a fantastic Thanksgiving stay in a hotel with awesome complementary breakfast and breathtaking views of city life from my room. the hotel was situated in a central location, making it convenient to get to different places. Their room service was immaculate, and the staff were always polite and helpful.

however, it did not ruin the overall experience. I was frustrated when I had to request additional amenities like milk for tea or coffee, which should have already been provided.
