The service from the friendly reception staff and doorman has been praised, and the breakfast has been rated as excellent. Guests also appreciate the lovely view from the rooms and the comfortable beds.

The food at the in-house restaurant was sublime and the service was exceptional, even just four days after opening. the staff were helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to provide a pleasant stay. the selection at breakfast was great.

The 12% service charge in the bar area was automatically included in the bill, even though I had already tipped the barman. I believe that a gratuity should be based on exceptional service, not automatically incurred.

I recently stayed at a luxurious hotel in the heart of the city. The location was perfect, right by a park and next to Emmanuel college. The service was top-notch, with room service and friendly staff who accommodated my requests quickly. The amenities were fantastic, with a spa and wellness centre, fitness centre, and a dining restaurant with delicious food.

Although the service was great, the staff could improve by being more friendly and happy. But overall, I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious stay with great amenities, 24-hour room service, and fantastic location in the city centre.

We had a fantastic stay at the UA in Cambridge. The gym, though closed during our visit, is a great facility. The room was clean and comfortable, and the vegan, full-English breakfast was absolutely delicious. The staff was helpful and the location is excellent. a lovely hotel with excellent amenities.

We found the hotel to offer great value for the price we paid, and the amenities were fantastic, including a well-equipped gym and a cozy reading room with an open fire. we were extremely impressed with the level of comfort, quality services and attention to detail provided by this hotel.
