We had a great Christmas stay at this hotel! the rooms were modern and clean, and our club room had a really comfy bed. the location was perfect for us as it was just off the bypass and near a Park & Ride, making it easy for us to explore the area and get into the city center. the restaurant had a fantastic menu with a wide range of delicious options to choose from.

our room could have been cleaner as there were some long dark hairs on the floor and the glasses were dirty. we were woken up early in the morning by loud music coming from the fitness studio below our room.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, facilities were amazing , very close to the city center, fantastic restaurant and bar grill, modern and clean rooms.

Not obvious to find.

The cleanliness was impeccable, both in our rooms and in the hotel facilities. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our requests, such as providing a kettle for our breakfast needs. The location, although slightly remote, was perfect for a relaxing stay, and the transportation options were convenient. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and the pool was a great option for relaxation.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location, nestled in a new business park, was quite remote from normal town amenities, but it provided a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room was well-equipped and beautifully decorated, with amenities such as ironing facilities, a hair dryer, and a bathtub. The hotel also offered a range of facilities, including a restaurant, bar/lounge area, and a snack bar. The on-site spa and wellness centre, complete with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi, provided the perfect relaxation after a long day.

This hotel is a true gem. I would highly recommend it to everyone.

The service from most staff members was friendly and accommodating. The location was convenient, especially with the nearby Park & Ride for easy access to the city center.

The check-in process could have been smoother, as we were initially ignored by staff. The restaurant service was a bit slow at night, although the food made up for it.

The other hotel employees were also fantastic. The room was comfortable and clean, with a nice view. The location was good for us, although it may not suit everyone. a great experience with friendly staff and a well-maintained hotel.

Great location for exploring Aberdeenshire, adjacent to Park & Ride, and offers a good gym with quality equipment. the staff is very friendly and the restaurant has a fantastic menu with a range of tasty options to choose from.

Some guests were quite loud and inconsiderate in the hallway late at night. It would be nice if the hotel offered recycling bins and a "do not disturb" option for daily towel and linen changes.
