We recently had a romantic escape in the heart of NYC and our hotel experience was fantastic. the staff was exceptional, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. the location couldn't have been better, with easy access to major attractions and transportation hubs. We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious and comfortable rooms, and the breathtaking views from our balcony were the icing on the cake.

The staff refunded money for missed flight and were helpful. The room was clean, quiet, and modern with a functional table and couch. The bathroom had a deep tub. The concierge made the stay special for an 18th birthday. The rooms were spacious and the staff outstanding.

The room was a bit small and noise from outside could be heard, although the hotel provided earplugs to help with that.

Great value for money! This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of midtown with amazing views of Bryant Park from the rooms. The staff is super attentive and the rooms are well-equipped with all necessary amenities including a giant soaking tub in a full bathroom with slippers and robes. Also, don't miss the complimentary breakfast with a view of ice skating rink in the park.

We loved the central location of the hotel, just steps away from Bryant Park and close to sightseeing and shopping. The staff was attentive and friendly, especially John, Josephine, Shannen, Dwight, and housekeeper Amy. The rooms had comfortable beds, a large bathroom with a separate shower and bath, and stylish aesthetics. The hotel had a boutique feel, and we enjoyed the view from our upgraded penthouse suite.

I was delighted with my park view room, the wooden floors and the fantastic shower! Although it was a bit noisy at night due to the ice rink outside, the amazing view was worth it. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

As a young traveler visiting the Big Apple, we were thrilled to find a hotel that perfectly catered to our needs. The location alone was a dream come true, with its proximity to Times Square and Central Park. The modern design features were a breath of fresh air, and we loved having a view of the park opposite. The room was cozy and well-equipped, with a stocked mini bar and luxurious bath products. The service was top-notch, and they even offered us some delicious Apple cider.

The occasional street noise, which disturbed our sleep at times.

The staff went above-and-beyond to give us great personal service, from the front desk to the concierge to the doorman. The room was spacious and well-designed, with great amenities like a mini-bar and in-room safe. We appreciated the complimentary coffee and muffins in the morning and loved the balcony with a view of the city to die for.
