amazing stay in arnside, even better than before! breakfast was the best in a b&b, crispy bacon was top-notch. perfect location by the sea with great views, shops, tearooms, and a fab chippy nearby. room was spotless, bed super comfy, and had good facilities. loved it!

Lovely rooms with great views of the beach. The décor and amenities were fantastic, including an iron, ironing board, hairdryer, and dressing gowns. The big opening window was a nice touch. The atmosphere in the bar was friendly and enjoyable with a quiz and bingo night. The food was delicious, and the live band added to the great atmosphere. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the train station and a chip shop nearby. The staff were friendly and made us feel welcome.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was excellent, especially for guests with mobility issues. The wet room was well designed and clean. The bedroom had plenty of space and storage, with a lovely tea tray. Parking was convenient, right outside the hotel. The view from the room across the estuary was beautiful. The pub at the back of the car park had great food, with a wide variety of options. The staff, especially Leanne and the waitstaff during breakfast, were welcoming and attentive. The owners, Jeannette and Tony, were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Breakfast was amazing, freshly cooked to order.

My stay was unforgettable, mainly because of the delicious food and friendly staff who welcomed me as if I were family. The presentation of each dish was impeccable, and I could taste the quality ingredients in every bite. The hotel's location had everything I needed to explore the area, making it easy to plan my days and take walks to nearby attractions. Best of all, the view from my room was breathtaking; I loved waking up every morning to such a beautiful landscape.

The only thing I disliked was that the mattress was showing its age and could have been more comfortable. the staff seemed overwhelmed at times, especially during meal times when it was busy, and some guests were left waiting for too long.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a 4-star hotel by the seafront. The location was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the estuary right from my room. The staff at this hotel were exceptional, providing top-notch service and going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by the friendly manager and offered a refreshing welcome drink. The housekeeping was impeccable, with my room always being clean and well-maintained. The hotel also offered a variety of amenities such as a terrace, a bar/lounge area, and a snack bar, ensuring that all my needs were met during my stay. I particularly enjoyed the delicious meals at the dining restaurant, with the staff always happy to accommodate any special dietary requests. The hotel also provided helpful services such as tours/ticket assistance, making it easy for me to explore the local area.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to friends.

The location of the hotel is perfect, with stunning views of the estuary that can be enjoyed from the main pub and eating area. The staff is pleasant and the check-in process is smooth. The breakfast is good and well-organized, with tasty options. The rooms have a nice view and the bathrooms are decent, with plenty of hot water available.

The hotel lacks certain updates and some areas are worn and dirty.

Lovely, clean accommodation with stunning views. The room we stayed in had superb views over the estuary. It was clean and comfortable, and the owners were very friendly and accommodating. We especially enjoyed the quiz night on Wednesday, it was great fun. The location was also a huge plus, with the beach just a short walk away and plenty of opportunities to explore the surrounding area.

The communication regarding payment was a bit confusing and we ended up being charged twice for certain items. We did eventually get it sorted out, but it was an inconvenience.
