We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful decor and spacious room. The complimentary champagne and chocolates on arrival were a lovely touch. The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious. a delightful stay!

There could be a wider selection of foreign channels on the hotel's TV offering.

The room was beautifully decorated and exceeded my expectations. The staff at the front desk were very accommodating and helpful. The location of the hotel was ideal, just a short walk from downtown. I enjoyed the delicious breakfast served at the hotel.

From the moment I walked into this hotel, I knew I was in for a special experience. the decor and design are stunning, with touches of luxury throughout the venue. the staff went above and beyond to fulfill all my needs and make me feel welcome. the room was spacious and had all the exclusive amenities I could wish for. the location was perfect for exploring the city, with many attractions within walking distance.

The spa area lacked the same level of luxury as the rest of the venue. Although the massage was great, I expected a higher level of service from a hotel of this caliber.

Great location, spacious and well-decorated rooms with comfortable beds and fully equipped bathrooms. Rich breakfast selection with the option to order from the kitchen. Polite and helpful staff, especially at the rooftop wine bar with a good wine list and nice view of the city. Would definitely recommend for a pleasant stay in the heart of Lviv.

Nothing not to like.

We had an amazing stay at Bankhotel for 3 nights. The staff exceeded all expectations with outstanding service. Our room was smart, convenient, and had a beautiful atmospheric view. The sauna/hammam facilities were brilliant, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. We can't wait to come back!

our honeymoon at the hotel was beyond amazing. the rooms were beautifully decorated, beds were super comfy, and staff was incredibly kind and helpful. we loved the rich breakfast options and the ability to order from the kitchen. definitely coming back!

breakfast safety measures were lacking

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city. There were plenty of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. the breakfast was good and there were free snacks available in the lobby. the staff was friendly and helpful.

It was not as clean as it should have been and looked a bit worn out. the bathroom was tiny and the shower did not work properly.
