The rooms at Aloft are clean and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The location is super convenient, right across from the airport and close to the freeway entrance. Despite being in a busy area, the property is surprisingly quiet. The hotel is brand new and well-maintained. They even accept dogs, including breeds that are often not allowed at other places. The rooms have great lighting and the beds and pillows are very comfortable. The air conditioning works well and the shades block out all sunlight.

The staff were friendly, professional and efficient, and the room was properly stocked with necessary disposable items. The bed was comfortable with plenty of accessible outlets to charge electronic devices.

The hotel lacked privacy in the shower area.

Conveniently located across the airport, great amenities, clean and welcoming rooms, professional and efficient staff, accessible outlets. Highly recommended for those arriving late or departing early.

My kids had their birthday during our stay and the hotel staff went above and beyond to make it special for them. They decorated the room with birthday decorations and even gave them cupcakes. The attention to detail and personal touch is what sets Aloft apart. I highly recommend this hotel.

Didn’t dislike anything.

The hotel was in a great location for our romantic escape, with easy access to local attractions. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with some nice extra touches like great coffee and fluffy towels. We particularly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the friendly staff who were always willing to help.

The limited parking options at the hotel in the evenings, on three of the four nights we stayed there were no parking spots available. the shuttle service was not reliable when we arrived late, which meant we had to pay for a taxi instead.
