Rooms were recently renovated with new hardwood floors and bathroom fixtures. Appliances worked well and the room was quiet despite being on a main street. Ample closet space and comfortable bed. Convenient location with parking right outside the rooms.

The continental breakfast was not available but the shower and toilet worked well. Staff was helpful with a TV issue and the room was clean. Good location near a shopping center.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious, with modern and recently renovated decor. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We found the hotel to be conveniently located near the freeway, making it easy to get around the area. Additionally, we appreciated the hotel's proximity to stores, downtown, and a variety of shops and restaurants. we were very pleased with the cleanliness, facilities, parking, transportation options, and location close to LAX airport.

The room was small but extremely clean, with no signs of mold or grout in the bathroom. The cleaning staff did an excellent job. The TV worked perfectly and even allowed us to hook up a game console. The A/C was effective, maybe a little too effective! The beds were comfortable and the rooms seemed to be soundproof. The location was convenient with a nearby shopping center. Checking in was easy, and the $50 deposit was quickly returned. we had a peaceful stay with valued privacy.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, with plenty of food places, shopping plazas, and downtown just a short distance away. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a king bed, fridge, and microwave. The new furniture added a nice touch, making the room feel modern and inviting. I also appreciated the attention to detail and the basic amenities provided. excellent value for money!

We were pleasantly surprised by our recent stay at American Inn. The room looked exactly like the pictures - modern and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. The amenities provided, such as the TV with on-demand programming, refrigerator, microwave, and desk area. The location, though limited in restaurants, was conveniently close to the Imperial Highway and Lakewood, making it easy to get to downtown Downey. we had a good value for the price we paid.
