The facilities were very nice, with excellent dining options and a good selection of gaming machines. The spa was a highlight, offering a truly relaxing experience. The nearby landmarks like Red Dolly Casino and Central City Opera House added to the overall enjoyment, allowing for a mix of leisure and entertainment that enhanced our family bonding time.

The views from my room at The Ameristar were breathtaking, overlooking the scenic surroundings. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, and the staff at the restaurant really made an effort to ensure a pleasant dining experience, which was a standout moment for me.

The pool closed too early on a Saturday night, limiting our leisure time.

The steakhouse was out of this world! the spa lounge was wonderful, and the staff were friendly. Would DEFINITELY choose this place again. Better than the photos!

The pool on the 32nd floor was amazing, it was super quiet up there! Fireside Kitchen totally rocked, had the Steak Frites and Prime rib, and our waiter Carlos was awesome! 😊 The rooms were spacious, staff was friendly and helpful. However, the on-site shop's delayed opening causing trouble in getting emergency meds was a bummer, though it didn't ruin the overall fantastic stay.

The spa offered a range of rejuvenating treatments, including massages, body treatments, and facials. I indulged in a relaxing massage that helped me unwind after a long day of meetings. The spa center and hot tub were well-maintained, providing a serene escape from the bustling atmosphere of the casino.

The resort had everything I needed for a relaxing stay - from the spa and fitness center to the delicious restaurants. I even tried my luck at the casino! The views from my room were stunning, and the nearby natural beauty was a bonus. The staff were friendly and helpful. Can't wait for my next visit to explore more activities in the area. And yes, I definitely indulged in that body treatment at the spa!

My recent stay at this hotel was fantastic! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the friendly staff who were always ready to assist. the rooms were clean, updated, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the delicious food at Fireside Grill and the excellent service provided by the staff there. the hotel also accommodated our request for connected rooms, which made our stay even more convenient.

One aspect that could be improved at this hotel is the lack of room service. It would have been more convenient to have this option, especially when traveling with small kids.

The hot tub and view were enjoyable. The bed was comfortable and the service at the buffet and check-in was good.

Additionally, the ski storage was handy for our winter gear, and the gift shops provided a variety of souvenirs to take home.

My wife says that an expanded children's activity area would have been a great addition for families.

Ameristar Casino was a great place to stay, with accommodating staff who fulfilled our request for connected rooms. the Fireside Grill provided excellent service, reasonable prices, and delicious food. the deli staff were also very friendly, and the food was absolutely delicious. the pool area was beautiful and there were plenty of activities to enjoy downstairs. it was a fantastic experience.

The lobby's cozy fireplace and the beautiful decor made me feel like I was in a charming mountain retreat. The general areas were well-maintained and accessible for senior people, allowing for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The hotel's accessibility for senior people was impressive and made my stay very comfortable.

Would have appreciated more assistance from the children of the staff for a better vacation experience for senior people.
