Perfect base to explore Fisherman's Wharf and vibrant attractions

I loved how easy it was to walk to Fisherman's Wharf, pier 39, and even Chinatown, all just a stroll away, making it simple to explore all the great restaurants and sights while soaking up the beautiful San Francisco coast; the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful, which just added to our wonderful stay, but perhaps offering some breakfast delivery options could enhance the experience.

Excellent location for exploring Pier 39 and beyond. The breakfast menu stands out, albeit with long wait times—prepare to queue for up to 20 minutes. Staff are friendly and accommodating, making the experience pleasant. Rooms are well-sized with comfortable beds, but storage options fall short. Parking fees are exorbitant, and the process seems chaotic. The room next door shared a thin wall; noise levels need addressing. The bathroom layout requires refinement, and a lack of essential amenities like bandaids is surprising. Smoking near outdoor seating detracts from the experience. A designated area for non-smokers would greatly enhance guest satisfaction. This is a solid choice, but there’s significant room for improvement.

The location is fantastic, just steps from all the best attractions.

I loved the hotel's proximity to famous sites like Fisherman’s Wharf and the delicious buffet breakfast options. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, making our stay pleasurable. The room was spacious, and the blackout shades ensured a restful night. A great spot for any traveler!

The beds were heavenly with super comfy pillows! Breakfast was a delightful buffet with everything from fresh fruits to crispy bacon. Plus, the location couldn't be better, just a block from the waterfront!

The overnight security guard wouldn't let my rideshare pick me up out front, insisting I drag my luggage out to the street instead. It felt rude and made my departure super stressful!

Our room was clean and well-kept, thanks to an attentive room service attendant. the front desk staff lacked warmth, and I was disappointed by the parking garage's height restrictions, forcing me to find public parking. The location made walkable access to the Alcatraz tour easy, but be prepared for high parking fees.

However, self-service luggage retrieval and some unfriendly staff interactions were minor setbacks. Overall, a great stay near Fisherman's Wharf with modern amenities and helpful staff.
