Great location near attractions, clean rooms, and diverse breakfast spread. However, pricey parking was a downside. Thin walls led to some noise disturbances. A comfortable stay with friendly staff. Walking distance to Pier 39 and Ghirardelli Square is a big plus.

My recent stay at a waterfront hotel near a famous tourist spot was quite enjoyable. I liked the option of the snack bar, and the outdoor pool was a nice touch. The gym had all the equipment I needed, and the cozy courtyard was a pleasant spot to relax. The room with two beds was perfect for my family. The restaurant served great meals, and the craft cocktails were a hit. a solid choice for active families like mine. Cheers!

The location of this hotel is fantastic! It's super close to Pier 39 and Alcatraz, making it convenient for sightseeing. the room service here is excellent, and the staff were very friendly and cheerful. the rooms are clean and spacious, and the bed was super comfy. Overall, a great experience for the price!

One thing to improve would be the noise from outside the room, especially at night. It can be disruptive, so better soundproofing would be a plus.

Location is amazing with easy access to sights, restaurants, and transportation. Room was spacious and had all amenities. Staff went above and beyond, making our stay memorable. Despite a leaky window, the beautiful property and fantastic service made up for it. Would highly recommend this gem by the pier.

During my stay in San Francisco, I chose Riu Plaza Fisherman's Wharf for its convenient location near the terminus of the Powell-Mason cable car line, making it easy to access Union Square and other attractions. the hotel's proximity to the Sheraton Fisherman's Wharf Hotel, just 4 km from Cal 4th & King Street, provided a seamless transit experience for my travels.

The only minor inconvenience I encountered during my stay at Riu Plaza Fisherman's Wharf was the slight street noise in the first-floor room, which was not completely soundproof. This may be mitigated by opting for a room on a higher floor for a quieter night's rest.

Had a great time at the hotel near the Wharf! LOVED the fab breakfast & fresh rooms. Elevator access was a plus. Would stay again. Better than photos! Cheers!

During my recent business trip to San Francisco, I had the pleasure of staying at Riu Plaza Fisherman'S Wharf, a hotel chosen by my director. The fitness center provided an energetic workout, and the inviting pool offered a refreshing swim, both of which helped me unwind after a long day of meetings. The facilities were well-maintained and provided a welcomed escape from my busy schedule.

the staff, especially prince, was exceptionally friendly and helpful. the location is ideal for exploring the area, and the buffet breakfast was impressive with a wide variety of options. the hotel is well-organized, with a heated pool and gym, creating a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Get ready for lip-smacking iced and frozen java delights, plus top-notch breakfast vibes with the breakfast maestros. The location is pure gold, and complimentary in & out privileges are a win. Cons: The porcelain throne played peekaboo, room privacy needed a boost, and a continental brekkie was MIA. But hey, even with minor quirks, this spot radiated San Francisco charm. Cheers to another round at Riu Fisherman's!

loved the new and clean hotel - with a super-friendly staff. the location was clutch - just a block from pier 39, and had a nifty pool - fire pits, and bar. and let's not forget the cozy beds, and the cool insight into how easy and close the food and fun was. plus, the breakfast was bomb, and the staff went the extra mile.

Can't recommend highly enough.

The views from the higher-category rooms were absolutely stunning, with unobstructed bay views that made for an incomparable setting. However, the noise from the road, bus depot, and people walking by less than 20 feet from my bed detracted from the overall experience. A memorable interaction was when housekeeping insisted on entering the room despite the "do not disturb" sign clearly displayed.

The noise levels at the hotel were extremely disruptive, particularly with the early morning trash pickup.

The courtyard of the hotel was a delightful surprise. It felt like a peaceful oasis amidst the hustle and bustle of the city. It was a great spot to enjoy a relaxing breakfast before heading out for a day of exploring. The charming garden furniture and picnic tables made it feel like a scene from a storybook.

The Sheraton Fisherman's Wharf Hotel in San Francisco was the perfect choice for my family with a six-month-old baby. The hotel's ideal location near the sea side district made exploring easy, especially with the convenience of the Hop on Hop off bus nearby. The friendly and helpful staff, along with the beautifully decorated lobby with a cozy fireplace, created a welcoming atmosphere. The daily cleaning of the decently sized room was a nice touch, and being a short walk from Fisherman's Wharf added to the convenience. The modern amenities, good quality breakfast, and close proximity to landmarks like Pier 39 and the Cable Car Museum further enhanced our stay, providing relaxation and opportunities for family bonding.

Excellent Staff and Breakfast Experience

The breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of options including healthy choices that catered to all dietary preferences. However, the maintenance issues with the TV and window blinds and the lack of evening dining options in the hotel were areas that could be improved.
