We recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel nestled in the mountains with spectacular views. The location here is simply breathtaking. The hotel is perched on a hill and offers stunning views of the surrounding nature. The staff here is extremely service-oriented and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a welcome drink and made to feel right at home. The customer service here is excellent, with attentive and professional staff members who ensure that every aspect of your stay is taken care of.

The rooms at Omni Grove Park Inn were clean, spacious, and modern with a great view of the mountains. The windows could be opened in the evenings, providing a pleasant breeze. The quad suites were particularly impressive and provided a comfortable and convenient stay.

The flat sheet constantly bunched up and was not conducive to a good night's sleep.

Great location, loved the variety of activities for both adults and families. The desert vibe and nearby mountains created a relaxing oasis. Impressed with the unique alternative experiences provided for guests and fans.

They messed up my order twice and had to comp my meal. The 8 oz filet was a disaster.

An epic throwback weekend featuring the transcendent sounds of DANCING DREAM: The Tribute to ABBA and the unmistakable brilliance of Who's Bad, The Ultimate Michael Jackson Experience made our stay at the hotel truly unforgettable. The performances were top-notch, offering a nostalgic journey through iconic music eras and keeping both adults and kids thoroughly entertained.

My kids wished for more child-friendly activities in the evening.

The hotel had a stunning view of the mountains and the old inn had a charming atmosphere that I loved. the great hall with its massive fireplaces and piano bar added to the beautiful ambience. the staff were amazing and provided excellent service throughout my stay.

The self-parking was a bit frustrating as I had difficulty getting past the parking gate without assistance. Additionally, I found that everything in the hotel was overpriced, from the rooms to the meals.

The view from the hotel was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking scenery of the surrounding mountains. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of delicious options to start our day. the shops available at the hotel were a great convenience, allowing us to find everything we needed without having to leave the property.

One major downside was the lack of warmth in the family pool. It would have been much more enjoyable if the water temperature was higher.

We danced the night away on Friday with the amazing DANCING DREAM: The Tribute to ABBA and felt like we were at a real ABBA concert. Then on Saturday, Who's Bad, The Ultimate Michael Jackson Experience blew our minds with their performance. The two-acre water park was a blast, with crystal-clear springs and private cabanas. The views from the windows were unreal, and we had the best time exploring the nearby valleys and mountains for adventure!

We would have loved a late-night hangout spot by the water park, like a fun poolside bar or chill outdoor lounge for young party-goers.

The vintage-style room had a corner window on the sixth floor. The Spa was worth the extra expense. The facility, staff, and entrance space were amazing. There was a great sports complex with indoor tennis courts. The view of the mountains was simply beautiful.

The dining options, views, and overall environment were excellent. The staff went above and beyond. The upkeep and design of the building were beautiful. The amenities were heavenly. The Spa was amazing with a beautiful facility and friendly staff.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The lobby, with its two fireplaces and stunning Mountain View's, was absolutely breathtaking. It felt like stepping back in time to the early 1900s, sipping a cocktail and enjoying the scenery without a care in the world. The staff were professional, delightful, and accommodating, and the cocktails at Vue 1913 were excellent. The location of the hotel, nestled in the mountains just outside of downtown, was perfect. I also appreciated the convenience of the designated area near the door leading to the garage, as parking was easy. Additionally, the hotel had many amenities at my fingertips and the champagne brunch at the Blueridge was the best I have ever experienced. The spa was a true gem and provided a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
