Such a beautiful place! We got a room upgrade with an amazing view on the 40th floor. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. Loved the breakfast at Sear and the Starbucks on site. Room had everything: air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and a cozy sofa. The pool’s fantastic!

A beautiful hotel with a striking interior. The city view from our room was decent, though higher floors probably offer a better vista. Breakfast at Sear? Absolutely delicious—I'll be back for that. Special mention to Ms. Bessie at the front desk; her sweet demeanor made a great first impression. parking is a disaster. Limited spaces forced us to park in a nearby garage, and valet fees are steep—$110 for a weekend? Ridiculous. Service was hit or miss. The elevator disaster with vomit took too long to resolve, and the phone in our room didn’t work. Despite these hiccups, I enjoyed my time here, thanks to the well-trained staff and the lovely atmosphere.

The city view room was stunning, bright and clean upon arrival, but the lack of working amenities like the phone and TV was disappointing. Staff were friendly and accommodating, yet the parking situation was chaotic—not to mention the boot incident that added stress to my stay. Lines were long everywhere, and waiting over an hour for takeout felt excessive. A debris-filled hallway added to a sense of neglect. While the location was ideal, I can't shake the frustrating experience of battling both the hotel shortcomings and the city's traffic.

I absolutely loved exploring this beautiful hotel, which is just a short walk away from iconic spots like the Georgia Aquarium, Centennial Olympic Park, and the Martin Luther King Jr National Historic Site, all within about 10 to 20 minutes on foot, making it an ideal base for strolls around the city; the stunning views of Atlanta from my room added to the experience, and the staff made my stay enjoyable with their friendliness and excellent service, though the limited parking situation could use some improvement.

The front desk staff was unhelpful; they wouldn’t let me switch rooms after I got a handicap room I didn’t need. Their attitude ruined my whole vibe for the trip.

The room had a fantastic city view, which I loved. The furnishings were modern and up to date. It felt spacious, providing ample room to move around easily. the air conditioning wasn’t very cool, making it uncomfortable at times. The bed was decent, but I expected more from a high-end establishment. I appreciated the complimentary water bottles from the front desk. Cleanliness was an issue; the window needed a thorough cleaning, and I dealt with a dripping sink.

The staff went above and beyond for our anniversary, providing us with a complimentary bottle of wine. The room had a stunning view of the skyline and was immaculate with daily cleanings.

It wasn’t the cheapest option, but it felt well worth it.
