Nothing, all excellent.

During my stay at Virgin Hotels, I was impressed by the beautiful decor and the cleanliness of the room. The room was spacious and well-presented, providing a comfortable space for me and my husband. The hotel's parking lot next door was very convenient, making it easy for us to come and go. We also received fantastic service from Mr. Matthew at the front desk, who provided us with tips about the city and even recommended restaurants that cater to vegan diets. The amenities in the room were top-notch, with a TV that allowed us to connect our phones and access streaming services. The hotel's lenient check-out times and great rates also added to our positive experience. We felt like we got more than what we paid for and would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend Virgin Hotels for anyone visiting Nashville.
While our stay was mostly enjoyable, I did encounter a small issue in the room. The window seat had sharp areas that scratched my leg and tore a part of my clothing.
Chic and modern design, outstanding restaurant and bar, excellent staff services, convenient location, and unforgettable experience.
Huge rooms and showers, super friendly staff, rooftop bar with nice bartenders, games and coffee shop in the lobby, delicious breakfast, walking distance to restaurants and Music Row, easy access to Broadway with affordable Uber rides.
Felt very welcome, staff were always helpful.
The hotel had a great atmosphere with friendly staff and a lovely coffee shop downstairs. The beds were comfortable and the location was convenient for exploring the city. We enjoyed the pool area, which had a nice design and atmosphere. The room was clean and had everything we needed.
The pool area could become crowded and rowdy at times, which made it difficult to relax fully.
The open floor plan of the room was stunning. The hotel was conveniently located, allowing me to walk to all the best attractions. The highlight of my stay was the pool, which was a perfect size for relaxation. I had a great stay at Virgin Hotels Nashville.
During our stay at Virgin Hotels, we were impressed with the comfortable bed, pillows, and refreshing shower. The parking lot next door was conveniently located, making it easy to retrieve any forgotten items from our car. Mr. Matthew at the front desk went above and beyond to provide us with tips about the city and recommended vegan-friendly restaurants. The room was spacious and clean, and we appreciated the amenities such as the TV with streaming capabilities and room service options. we were impressed with the value for the price and would definitely consider staying here again.
We did encounter some issues during our stay. The chip reader at check-in was not working, causing a delay of around 30 minutes, although it was resolved when we used the other chip reader. Additionally, despite requesting to have our two rooms on the same floor, they were not, leading to a waiting time of over an hour for the second room. These disappointments were minor compared to the overall positive experience we had at Virgin Hotels.
I recently had an amazing stay at a hotel in Nashville. This place was in a perfect location, right in the heart of downtown. We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were exceptional, going out of their way to be helpful and lovely. The rooms were beautifully presented and comfortable, with a big enough space for two people to move around comfortably. The shower was clean and not a nightmare like in other hotels. The hotel also had great amenities, such as a pool bar with fabulous views of the city. The location was perfect and easy to get around, with restaurants and Music Row within walking distance. we were impressed with the quality of service and comfort provided by this hotel.
We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.
Great location! Conveniently located near popular attractions, restaurants, and bars. Clean and comfortable rooms with a cool aesthetic. Friendly staff and excellent service. Enjoyed the pool's winter-themed drinks and cozy atmosphere. Would definitely stay here again.
The hotel's stunning decor and modern design created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The outstanding restaurant and bar served sumptuous meals and delicious cocktails. The ideal location made it convenient for exploring the city's attractions and restaurants.
Nothing, all great.
The rooms were very nice, clean, and comfortable. The hotel had a cool and aesthetically pleasing look. The location was great, with key attractions within walking distance. We enjoyed the complimentary upgrade and the friendly and helpful staff.
The cleanliness of the room was not up to par, as we found men's underclothes in the drawers. We were unable to get a late check-out even though there were available rooms for day use. The valet parking was the only option, which added an extra $100 charge for 2 nights. The prices for food and drinks were extremely high, and there were no affordable eating alternatives nearby. The pool area was closed and we couldn't make a reservation for pool seating, which was frustrating. The overall price for our stay ended up being much higher than expected, with additional charges for everything.
Luxurious stay, helpful staff, great amenities, trendy decor.
Nothing, all great.
The breakfast, hotel, room layout, view, and in-room coffee maker were great.
Nothing bad to say.
