I loved the classy and spacious room with a perfect balcony for sunrise views. The kitchen amenities were great for late-night snacking. The friendly staff and convenient location in Berlin made my stay unforgettable. The hot tub was delightful. Just wished the lights on the deck could be turned off for a better night view. Smaller TVs were the only downside, but the cozy atmosphere made up for it.

The room was nice and spacious, with a private balcony offering stunning views of the village. The indoor saltwater pool was right over my room, creating a tranquil atmosphere and direct access for a relaxing swim.

The outstanding feature of the hotel is the separate living space with a TV, tub & shower combination, and a private balcony perfect for taking in the views of the village and countryside. I loved relaxing on the balcony, sipping my morning coffee and watching the tranquil rhythm of Amish buggies passing by, feeling like a character from a picturesque novel.

The pool being open from 7-23:00 was a huge plus, especially for families. The breakfast selection was impressive with delicious waffles, fresh fruit, and a variety of juices and cereals. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful in providing recommendations and directions. a wonderful experience for adventure travelers like us!

There were a few aspects of our stay that were disappointing. our room was missing some amenities that we expected, such as an armchair to relax in.

We also enjoyed the large and clean swimming pool, as well as the hot tub. we loved every part of our stay and will definitely be returning.

The lighting choices in the room were also impressive. The hotel staff, especially General Manager Doug, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The cleanliness of the hotel, including the housekeeping staff's attention to detail, was impressive. The outside patio and pavilion were beautifully landscaped and provided a relaxing setting. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, with a wide variety of choices, including gluten-free options.
