The breakfast had a good variety and was clean. the koi pond and walking trail were great ways to relax and unwind after a long day.

The rooms were disappointing, not matching the pictures shown during the reservation process. the shower sprayed water everywhere, and the bathroom door wouldn't stay shut.

We had an amazing stay at this clean and friendly resort. The Christmas decorations outside were adorable, and the indoor pool was large and well-maintained. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our requests, and the location in Amish country offered a beautiful view.

The morning meal could be improved with more variety.

The bed and sheets were incredibly comfortable and provided a great night's sleep. The staff was helpful and kind, making our stay even more enjoyable. We were pleasantly surprised by the delicious oatmeal cookies we received at check-in. The pool, sauna, and hot tub were a lot of fun, and we loved having card games available for entertainment.

We felt warmly welcomed during our stay and had nothing to complain about.

The staff was professional and refunded our second night. The bed was comfortable, the room clean. It had options for children and a little village with shops. The grounds were beautiful. Staff was helpful, hotel clean and up to date.

The pool and sauna were first-rate and the amenities offered were fantastic. The hotel has a beautiful fire pit area to wind down and relax. this hotel is worth visiting again.

We loved the clean and spacious rooms, the amazing breakfast, and the friendly and accommodating staff. The hotel facilities were great, including the outdoor fire pit and the convenience of onsite parking. The location was perfect, being very close to downtown and all the Amish stores. We would definitely stay here again if we have the chance, as it was close to enjoy area attractions.

We recently stayed at Berlin Resort for a weekend getaway. The breakfast exceeded our expectations with a wide variety of hot and cold foods, 24/7 juice and water availability, and a great selection available until 10:00 am. The hotel amenities, including the fitness center, pool, and hot tub, were all fantastic. On top of that, there were many little extras that made our stay even more enjoyable, such as warm cookies at check-in, makeup wipes and mouthwash in the room, and a beautiful landscaping with a waterfall to relax by.

This resort is located right in the heart of all the attractions and restaurants. Close to everything we wanted to see, which was very convenient. The rooms are lovely, clean, and comfortable, with plenty of breakfast options available. The landscaping is beautiful, and there's even a children's street and a fire pit.

One downside is that the view from some of the rooms may not be very appealing, resembling an underground location.

The breakfast was delicious with many options - definitely fueled me up for my workday. the location was great, close to everything I needed with easy access to highways. the indoor pool was a nice bonus for unwinding after a long day.

The noise level was sometimes too much especially when groups were waiting outside my door. And the towel policy seemed strict and wasn't consistently applied by the maid service.
