There was nothing I didn't like.

During my stay, I couldn't help but notice how everything was conveniently located. This venue was on the edge of downtown, and it was located near everything worth visiting. Apart from this, their service was something else. Room service was very prompt, and the staff at the front desk were friendly and approachable. I also took some time to lounge by the rooftop pool and the sun terrace, and their spa center provided excellent massage and beauty treatments that I enjoyed. I had a great experience here. This hotel provided everything that I needed, from the in-room breakfast and restaurant to the express check-in and check-out. The amenities such as the swimming pool, fitness center, and outdoor loungers made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I am grateful for the outstanding service that the staff provided, especially this place's manager who was very accommodating to all of my needs.

I had no idea my suite was so outrageously large and gorgeous! The views were so beautiful and the few friends I had over for my birthday were speechless as soon as they entered into the door. The suite was super clean, gorgeously decorated and I wish I could have stayed way longer! The staff was very helpful and eventful, and the location was very neutral to many locations of our choice.

I recently stayed at the W Atlanta Downtown for a conference. Despite being a Holiday Inn Express type of guy, I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The staff was incredibly courteous and respectful, making me feel very welcome. They even allowed me to check in early and offered a hotel driver to take me to my destination. The room was clean, quiet, and the facilities were nice. despite the higher price, it was a very nice hotel.

Would definitely recommend this hotel. The gym was not very clean, so use it at your own risk.

I recently stayed at W Downtown for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The staff member who checked us in was helpful and friendly, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with a sexy ambience and a nice view. The hotel's location was perfect, close to all downtown activities and just a mile away from a Publix supermarket. The gym, pool, and groundfloor bar were all first class, offering a classy intimate atmosphere. I would highly recommend checking out the local talent night at Scales 925, located just opposite the hotel.

Aspects we enjoyed during our weekend stay included the complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi along with the convenience of being within walking distance to local attractions. The friendly staff was also a plus and made us feel welcomed throughout our stay.

The room price was incredibly high for such a small room and the parking fees were exorbitant. Additionally, the prices for snacks in the room were extremely overpriced and not worth the cost. we felt that the hotel was not worth the expense and would not stay here again.
