The valet workers were wicked friendly from the start—made my birthday special! Staff were pleasant, always had me laughing. The room was very nice, and I really loved that comfy robe. Just keep in mind valet’s $40 a night. Definitely not a shabby way to celebrate!

Use the rooftop pool for stunning views during sunset. Consider requesting a room on a higher floor for quieter surroundings and better city sights.

the coffee shop seemed nice, but I couldn't believe I had to walk through fading music to check in. Also, I was charged for valet despite not having a car! I nearly left a glowing review, but having to beg for breakfast directions ruined it. How could I not receive a warm welcome after all this?

Cleanliness issues were noticeable!!! I encountered a poorly maintained shower head and cold water for my shower!!! The high valet fees felt excessive, too!!! Noise disruptions from events and loud music were quite annoying!!! Unexpected billing errors could certainly be improved!!!

I absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The rooftop pool with city views was breathtaking and the vibrant atmosphere created the perfect backdrop for my celebration. The staff went above and beyond, with a special shoutout to Nadirah who made my birthday unforgettable with a surprise cake at breakfast!

I appreciated the all-day dining options at the restaurant, especially since I love trying local cuisine on my travels. It was nice to experience the energy of the city at this location. However, the check-in process was disorganized. Overall, I liked my stay and would recommend it.

This place suits me perfectly with its 24-hour reception, rooftop pool, and coffee shop. On my first stay, the staff kindly returned my forgotten earphones. I always recommend trying the express check-in for quick service! I'll be back next year.
