Exceptional Service and Convenient Location

The hotel's location between the college and historic Savannah was incredibly convenient for exploring the area. However, improvements could be made in terms of room cleanliness and mattress comfort.

Best Western is conveniently located near downtown and shopping. the pool is great for kids and the breakfast offers many options. Rooms are well-equipped with a microwave and fridge, making the stay comfortable.

The room was spotless, staff was on point, and they really set the bar high for smaller places! The WiFi was solid in my room. The pool was chill and there were comfy loungers to kick back on – total relaxation mode. Only bummer was being woken up early by rowdy housekeeping kids, but the manager tried to smooth things over. mega clean and cozy vibes - def recommend! 👍

You can’t beat the convenience of being a stone’s throw from major attractions and enjoying the local delicacies. My day trip to Tybee Island was a breath of fresh air, soaking in the sun and surf. The staff ensured I had everything I needed for a smooth, enjoyable trip. Plus, the vending machines came in clutch for my late-night cravings. Such a hidden gem!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the nearby Grayson Stadium for a fun day of baseball. The atmosphere was lively, and the kids were thrilled to watch the Savannah Bananas play. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast at the hotel was a hit with a wide variety of delicious options for everyone to enjoy before our adventurous day at Bacon Park Golf Course.

My wife says that having an additional towel in the room would have been beneficial for families with children.

The use of soothing earthy tones, particularly the calming and sophisticated brown, created a cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. , the accessibility for senior people was exceptional, with well-maintained ramps, spacious elevators, and clear signage throughout the property.

I would have appreciated softer lighting in the rooms, which would have been more gentle on the eyes and added to the overall comfort for senior guests.
