The pancakes at Hilton were straight-up legendary, with a side of culinary wizardry! Shout-out to Alejandro, a gem of a door greeter! On top of that, the meeting facilities and staff were on point during our Fall Summits.

While the pool was a dream, a hot tub would've really elevated the experience. a surprising $100 deposit per night was a curveball.

I stayed for 3 nights, the customer service was excellent! Liked the location and comfort of the furniture/bed. The one-room King suite with lake view on a high floor was stunning, and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Enjoyed nearby attractions like The Magnificent Mile and Millennium Park, and the relaxing indoor swimming pool added to our family bonding experience.

The view of Lake Michigan was insane. The room service was clutch, especially after a late night out, and the restaurant had the most delicious food. Plus, we were stoked that they had facilities for disabled guests because inclusivity is key.

If there was a hip rooftop bar, it would've been the cherry on top for our young, fun-loving squad.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, and the staff were super nice and helpful. Loved the cafe in the lobby, great coffee and service. The view from the rooftop pool was amazing, definitely a highlight of the stay. Unfortunately, our shower wasn't as hot as we'd have liked, but it didn't ruin the whole experience. a solid spot to stay, definitely coming back! 🌟

The views from the Hilton Chicago/Magnificent Mile Suites were absolutely breathtaking! Waking up to the skyline and the lakefront was a real treat. the air conditioning units in the rooms were top-notch, keeping the suite cool and comfortable throughout my stay. The staff also went above and beyond to make my trip memorable, offering personalized service and thoughtful amenities that truly made me feel valued.

The hotel parking garage filling up quickly, which meant having to park in a different public garage at times.

I chose this hotel for attending a synod because it provides over 10,000 square feet of flexible meeting and banquet space, complete AV support, ISDN access, and a professional catering team. The business center was well-equipped, and the express check-out made my departure smooth.

One service that I missed for my work was the lack of functioning TV channels in the room, which was crucial for me to stay updated on current affairs during my stay.

We had a great stay at Hilton! The hotel's location was perfect for shopping and dining, and it was just one block away from Broadway and the Water Place Tower shopping area. The suite we stayed in was spacious and perfect for our family, with a microwave, fridge, and multiple TVs. The in-door pool on the top floor was a great way to start the day, and the view of Lake Michigan from the pool was amazing. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and we had no issues with check-in or check-out. a fantastic experience!

We chose to park at an independent garage, S & P, across the street, saving us $10 and they even washed our car. The room was clean and nicely appointed, with a comfortable bed for a good night's sleep. I would recommend this hotel for its great location and comfortable accommodations.

The sauna and whirlpool were like a cherry on top, adding a touch of indulgence to the experience.

During my transit stay at Hilton Chicago/Magnificent Mile Suites, I was impressed by its convenient location within 0.3 km of the 360 Chicago Observation Deck, providing easy access to stunning skyline views and contemporary art at the Museum of Contemporary Art Chicago just a 9-minute walk away. The spacious suites with luxury amenities and disability-accessible features added comfort to my brief stay.

The lack of on-site parking at the hotel was a minor inconvenience, with the recommended nearby parking options being a bit pricier than expected.

The room was a good size for two adults and a toddler, with a separate living area and bedroom, ensuring comfort and privacy. the suite included convenient amenities such as a coffee maker, small fridge, and microwave, making it easy to prepare snacks and meals for our little one.

One minor aspect to note was that the suite was a bit dark in its neutral tones. While the ambiance was cozy, it could use more lighting, especially in the living area, for a brighter and more welcoming atmosphere.
