Perfect spot for exploring Chicago and its attractions!

This hotel is wonderfully positioned just a few blocks from the vibrant Magnificent Mile, with tons of shopping, dining, and entertainment options nearby, including a short walk to the beautiful waterfront and the Chicago Water Tower. We enjoyed the spacious and clean room, equipped with comfortable amenities, and breathtaking views of the lake from the upper floors made our stay even more memorable! local gems like Cafecito, a tasty Cuban restaurant, and the stunning Millennium Park are just a short stroll away, making it so easy to enjoy the city's charm. I did find that room service and dining options were lacking, but the abundance of restaurants within walking distance easily made up for it!

The one-room King suite with a lake view was breathtaking. Floor-to-ceiling windows flooded the space with light, showcasing Lake Michigan perfectly. The cloud-like bed offered incredible comfort, making it easy to fall asleep. Noise levels were minimal; I felt tucked away from the city's bustle. Generous closet space allowed for easy organization. The bathroom had full-sized toiletries, which were a nice touch, though the cleanliness could be improved. The staff's friendliness enhanced the experience, making me feel genuinely welcome. Having a fridge and microwave was practical for late-night snacks. A great setup overall!

The room was poorly stocked; we had to call multiple times for basics like pillows and towels. Plus, the sink wouldn't drain properly. It felt more like an inconvenience than a getaway.

I absolutely loved the comfy beds that made it so easy to relax after a day of exploring! The service was on point, especially when the staff went above and beyond for my daughter’s birthday. Plus, the location was perfect – shopping and restaurants were just a stroll away!

Valet and bellhop were friendly, but a few cleanliness issues marred the experience, including some noticeable stains. Check-in staff were kind and responsive. The HVAC was a bit loud, and the mini fridge didn't work, but the hotel was quick to address concerns. It’s definitely a vibrant spot but could use some updates for a top-notch stay.

Cleanliness is key, and this hotel delivered. The staff was friendly and welcoming, creating an inviting atmosphere. The bed? Exceptional comfort. Our room, 2414, had a fantastic view of the lake, exactly as shown in the photos. The bathroom amenities were high-quality, and the mini-fridge and microwave added convenience. Location is a definite advantage; close to shopping and dining. navigate traffic wisely—it can complicate things. There were a few hiccups: the thermostat struggled to maintain temperature and the TV in the living area didn't work well. Still, the positives outweigh the negatives. Would return without hesitation for the comfort and amenities.

the room we stayed in was spacious enough for our family of five, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. there were a few issues that dampened our experience. The linens and bedding left something to be desired - the bottom sheet didn't fit the mattress properly and felt slightly wrinkled upon arrival. We found ourselves readjusting the sheets constantly due to their improper fit. The lack of extra blankets or quilts also posed a problem as one of our family members felt cold during the night. the HVAC system in our room was loud and emitted a musty smell, making it less than ideal. The bathroom had a large crack in the tiles, which was a bit off-putting. It was also disappointing to find that the room did not provide any bottled water, and the mini fridge was not in working order. On the bright side, the staff were helpful in storing our baggage after we checked out, which we appreciated. the lack of a concierge service was noticeable and would have enhanced our stay.

The location is excellent. Rooms are spacious and clean, with a comfy king bed and a nice bathroom. We had a fridge and microwave, which was super handy. The staff were friendly, and we loved the fitness center. The pool on the roof was a nice touch after exploring the city. No room service, but Cafecito is close by.

Omg, our room was so spacious and clean with a separate area - loved it! the staff were super helpful and friendly. Only downside was the breakfast variety 🙁 can't wait to visit again!
