El Rancho Inn in a great location for SFO, with wonderful staff, a relaxing pool and Jacuzzi, and a tasty breakfast. Easy access to train station for San Francisco.

The breakfast and free airport shuttle at Surestay Collection By Best Western were convenient. the facilities were clean and exceeded expectations for the price. the bed was exceptionally comfortable, the room efficient, and the wooden blinds a nice touch. the staff was kind and accommodating, allowing for an early check-in. the amenities provided, such as shampoos and lotions, along with excellent coffee, added value to the stay.

I had a FANTASTIC STAY at a hotel close to the airport with a complimentary breakfast. the "worker's" breakfast was delicious! I would choose this place again. the room was warmer than expected.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. the staff was friendly and accommodating, providing tips on getting around and ensuring an earlier check-in. the breakfast spread was exceptional, with hot options and "grab and go" items available. the pool area and eating space were very nice, creating a relaxing ambiance.

One area that could be improved is the sense of hospitality. While the staff was efficient, adding a touch of warmth to interactions would enhance the overall experience for guests.

The accommodation near SFO Airport is by far the best I've experienced. the bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was super clean. the staff, from the shuttle driver to the receptionist, were very friendly and helpful. Tina, the receptionist, provided me with great information about the hotel facilities and recommended the amazing Millbrae pancake house for breakfast. the hotel's complimentary shuttle to the airport was convenient, and the option to book using a free phone at the airport was especially helpful for foreigners like me. I also appreciated the coffee making facilities in the room for my entire stay. a great experience!

A Hidden Gem!

Text: Despite minor room issues, I found solace at SFO El Rancho Inn. Comfortable bed, fine breakfast options, and reliable airport shuttle service. A serene sanctuary for weary travelers.

Conveniently located near the airport, with a shuttle running every 30 minutes. Rooms are clean and come with a helpful fridge. Enjoyed the grab and go breakfast bag. Friendly staff and free shuttle to the airport.

The location of the hotel was excellent, just a short distance from the airport. We were pleasantly surprised by the nice facilities and the cleanliness of the room. The bed was very comfortable and we had a great night's sleep. The complimentary WiFi was also a bonus, allowing us to stay connected during our stay. we enjoyed our time at the Sfo Airport Hotel, El Rancho Inn, BW Signature Collection and would recommend it to others.

I absolutely loved the view of the lush foliage outside Room 562 on the back south side. It was so refreshing to wake up to such a lovely sight every morning. But what really made my stay special was the warm and welcoming atmosphere at the café. The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. And the little thoughtful touches throughout the hotel, like the cozy bar and the outdoor patio, really added to the overall experience.

The warm room temperature at night, even with cool air outside, since we preferred not to use the air con.

We got great value for our money with a spacious suite, complete with a kitchenette and living room. The staff treated us friendly and the location was convenient for us.

The only thing that could've made the breakfast better was a wider variety of options on the menu.

I absolutely adored the classic European-style décor of the hotel, with its tranquil garden and beautiful, spacious rooms. It felt like a charming oasis, especially for senior folks like me. The covered passages and single-story layout made it very accessible for those with limited mobility, allowing for easy navigation and a peaceful, leisurely atmosphere.

I wish the hotel had elevators, as it can be a bit inconvenient for senior travelers to carry luggage up and down the stairs.

the location was perfect, close to the airport and convenient for my early morning flight. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the food at the dining room was delicious. the room was clean and comfortable, and the airport shuttle was prompt and efficient.

Elevator noise was disruptive and affected privacy.

the hotel is very close to san francisco airport - with a timely and efficient shuttle service. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was well maintained - clean, and quiet. the complimentary breakfast was a pleasant surprise, and the on-site restaurant served great food with excellent service.

I stayed at the SFO Airport Hotel for a few weeks and was impressed with the price, value, and location. The proximity to shopping and a variety of food options, especially Chinese cuisine, was a strong point. The staff was helpful, and the parking lot was large, even though some guests tried to park right next to their rooms. The room was clean and had nice furnishings, along with a comfortable bed. The hotel also had a great pool and spa. It's a perfect choice if you have an early flight the next day.

I would be happy to recommend this hotel.
