My stay at the Best Western Plus Kelly Inn was fantastic. The rooms were clean and spacious, perfect for a solo traveler. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making check-in a breeze. The on-site restaurant was convenient, and I enjoyed a great dinner there. It was also a big plus that pets were allowed, so I could bring my furry friend along.

This place has a great location right on the river, and I liked that there was a restaurant attached to the hotel, so I didn't have to drive anywhere. The staff was very friendly during check-in, and the room had all the amenities I needed, including a mini-bar and a sitting area. The indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi were a nice touch and added to the comfort of my stay. The free Wi-Fi was reliable, and the on-site car park made it convenient to come and go as I pleased. this hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

We loved the hotel's cleanliness and inviting setup, making our stay enjoyable. The comfortable rooms and clean bathrooms were exactly what we needed. Moreover, the hotel staff surprised us by upgrading our room to one with a nice view, which was a pleasant surprise. The location of the hotel was also great as it was adjacent to the convention center, making it convenient for us to walk there. Additionally, this hotel is right on the river and close to many restaurants, including the old downtown, providing us with plenty of dining options.

We loved the large room with a big, comfortable bed. The attached Green Mill restaurant was super convenient. The hotel was in a great location close to downtown, with lots of restaurants and shops to explore. The staff member who checked us in was wonderful and even allowed us to park in the front due to our belongings. The pool and hot tub were fantastic, and there were vending machines nearby. a fairly decent place for a one-night stop.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say it was a great experience! This place is situated within a wonderful restaurant area by the river, which was perfect for a relaxing evening stroll. The staff was so hospitable, always ready to help. The room had everything I needed, from the mini-bar to the hair dryer, and was kept very clean throughout my stay. Additionally, the leisure facilities including the indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, game room and fitness studio were all top-notch. I especially enjoyed the sun loungers beside the pool – they really added to my relaxing experience here.

I’d wholeheartedly recommend this venue to anyone who wants a comfortable stay in a great location.

Spent xmas here and it was delightful! Loved that they had complimentary hot cocoa and cookies for guests in the lobby. Also got a free shuttle ride to the nearby shopping center, which was a life-saver. Location was excellent, with lots of restaurants and stores nearby. the pool area was also a highlight, with plenty of towels and room to relax.

While the room was clean, it was a bit cramped with the furniture layout. Bed was comfortable enough, but pillows were too soft for my liking.

The front desk quickly re-keyed our room when we had an unexpected privacy breach. The hotel location was convenient and the room was comfortable and clean. We would stay here again. Overall a good value for the price.

The front desk guy was amazing! Despite our long journey, he let us park in the front of the hotel for added security. The location was perfect, with plenty of little shops and restaurants to explore nearby. We even checked out the attached restaurant and bar, where we had the most delicious boneless chipotle BBQ wings!

The bed and pillows were comfortable, making for a restful sleep during my Christmas stay. the hotel's location was convenient, with key places nearby for shopping and dining. Plus, the pool area was a great feature, providing a warm pool and a perfect hot tub to relax in after a long day.

The hotel felt dated and in need of some updates. the carpet in my room was dirty, with debris and even a child's tooth on the floor.

The hotel staff was accommodating and notified me the moment my room was ready. The restaurant handled our large group with ease and had delicious food at fair prices.
