I had a wonderful stay at Gaylord! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The resort grounds were stunning, with fountains and waterfalls that created a relaxing atmosphere. There were plenty of shops and restaurants to explore, although some were on the pricier side. The location was convenient, close to DFW Airport and Old Town Grapevine. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

Despite some shortcomings, there were a few positive aspects to my stay. the location was convenient for access to nearby attractions and the convention center. Secondly, the hotel offered a free shuttle service to a water park, which was a nice bonus. Lastly, the comfort of the bed and pillows was excellent, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The facilities at this hotel were exceptional. We loved the water park and spent hours enjoying the thrilling slides. the location was also great, with nearby theaters and shopping options just a quick 5-minute car ride away. Additionally, the staff was friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

There were a few disappointing aspects of our experience. the hotel seemed to be understaffed, as the spa had limited availability and some of the restaurants were closed.

The facilities at this place are absolutely beautiful. There are lots of family activities to choose from, perfect for those with physical handicaps.

It was an unmatched experience in this area, and I was excited to enter the attraction. Additionally, the breakfast options were delicious and satisfying. I was thoroughly impressed with this hotel.

Beautiful atrium view, friendly personnel, and clean comfortable rooms. Christmas decorations were lovely and the lobby was stunning with its intricate designs and bright lights. Paradise Springs is a fun bonus to the stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The entire property is stunning and well-maintained. The staff were attentive and helpful, guiding me through check-in and answering any questions I had. The breakfast buffet at the Riverside dining outlet was absolutely amazing - the best in the area. Even my picky grandchildren found plenty of delicious options to enjoy.

This place is highly recommended for families.

This hotel is great value for money. The rooms are clean and comfortable with basic amenities. I loved the balcony overlooking the atrium, it came with a nice view. The location at the convention center roundabout is super convenient for attending events. Breakfast included is a plus.

All was pleasant during my stay.

The hotel had a great location, being conveniently located near many attractions and activities. the Christmas decorations were also beautiful and really added to the holiday spirit. Additionally, the room we stayed in was clean and well-maintained.

The parking situation was absolutely terrible during the peak holiday season. It took us forever to find a parking spot, and when we finally did, it was so far away from the hotel entrance.

We loved that they had a share ride service to and from the airport, as well as a city shuttle that took us to historic downtown and the mall. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a beautiful main atrium, a water park, and a night club with a balcony overlooking the lake. The location was also great, as it was close to restaurants without needing reservations. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Nothing, it is perfect.

The Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center in Grapevine is an immersive experience. The stunning glass atrium with manicured gardens and a vineyard view from my room made for a picturesque stay. The spacious room was stylish and comfortable, complete with modern amenities.

While the resort offers an array of activities and dining options, the distance from the lobby to my room was quite a trek, especially with luggage.

The buffet breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. We had a small issue with our initial room but the hotel staff quickly resolved it and even upgraded us to a better room. we had a wonderful stay with excellent customer service. Prices are a bit steep though. we highly recommend this hotel for a great family vacation.

We were really eager to check out the various events located in the resort, from the ICE! exhibit to the Old Hickory Steakhouse, and its proximity to DFW airport was a plus. However, once we entered the hotel room, there were signs of poor cleaning standards in both the room and bathroom. Service was unfriendly and mostly unhelpful. Breakfast offerings were average at best. Also, we were disappointed by the high daily parking fee.

The conference facilities were lacking and in need of an update.

Beautiful Property, Biosphere Feel

We recently stayed at Gaylord for a conference and were amazed by the beautiful property. The whole place felt like a protected biosphere, with the outdoors brought indoors. It was like living in a glass bubble. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Our room on the top floor had a balcony overlooking the center square, and the view was incredible. The cleanliness of the entire property was impeccable. The only downside was the limited dining options inside, but overall, we had a great experience. We would love to come back during the holidays when the property must look even more stunning.
