The Mandarin Oriental Miami exceeded all expectations! From the spacious rooms with luxurious amenities, breathtaking views, and exceptional customer service, it truly felt like a resort. The attentive staff went above and beyond, even providing a thoughtful birthday surprise. The location was perfect, offering a serene getaway while still being close to downtown. The spa experience was incredible, providing much-needed relief from chronic pain. This hotel is the epitome of luxury and customer care.

The hotel had spacious rooms with a large bathroom and a patio overlooking the water. The staff, including the manager, were helpful and welcoming. The location was both central and calm, and the possibility to dine on the terrace with a bay view was a highlight.

Spacious rooms with comfy beds, some have balconies with beautiful water views. Small but lovely pool with attentive staff. Excellent breakfast selection, with efficient and attentive dining room staff. Located in a commercial area with good eating places nearby. Professional and extremely helpful staff, especially Chamise and the concierge. Secluded location from crowds, but still happening spot. Lovely scent throughout. Loved lunch happy hour.

Spent Easter weekend at this hotel and had a fantastic time! the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. the pool area was spacious and had a great atmosphere, perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. the cocktails served were top notch and added that extra touch of luxury to our stay.

The service at Mandarin never disappoints. From the friendly concierge who recommended a great restaurant to the staff at breakfast who were warm and welcoming, we felt well taken care of during our stay. The room was lovely and the pool and beach were relaxing. Plus, the off-season price was terrific and we even got the 3rd night free. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a great mini vacation.

The service at the hotel was excellent, with professional and polite staff. I really enjoyed the spacious room with a balcony overlooking the bay. the bathroom was also very spacious and the bed was wonderfully comfortable.

There were a few downsides to my stay. the balcony in my room was minimal, unlike other rooms in the same category that could accommodate chairs.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to downtown and a free trolley service. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional. The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean, offering breathtaking views of the city skyline. The bathrooms were unique, with a view-through feature that could be closed with a blind. The pool and beach area were secluded and provided stunning views. The on-site restaurant served excellent food, especially for breakfast, and the outside space was a great place to enjoy a meal.

This hotel is located on a small island with a great jogging trail and beautiful water views from the rooms. The staff is friendly and attentive, and breakfast is included, making it a great value for money stay.

Great view of the city and ocean at night. Friendly and attentive staff, especially Jacob at the front desk. Comfortable and cozy rooms. Perfect for business trips with its proximity to downtown. The food and drinks were fantastic, and the pool was enjoyable despite the weather.
