Excellent breakfast selection, with efficient and attentive dining room staff. Located in a commercial area with good eating places nearby. Professional and extremely helpful staff, especially Chamise and the concierge. Secluded location from crowds, but still happening spot. Lovely scent throughout. Loved lunch happy hour.

Spent Easter weekend at this hotel and had a fantastic time! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The pool area was spacious and had a great atmosphere, perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. The cocktails served were top notch and added that extra touch of luxury to our stay.

While our overall experience was wonderful, there were a couple of minor downsides. The pool temperature was a bit too warm for our liking and made it difficult to fully enjoy a refreshing swim. Additionally, the private beach, although beautiful, was not suitable for swimming as it dropped straight into the ocean. However, it did provide a lovely spot for sunbathing and enjoying the sea breeze.

The service at Mandarin never disappoints. From the friendly concierge who recommended a great restaurant to the staff at breakfast who were warm and welcoming, we felt well taken care of during our stay. The room was lovely and the pool and beach were relaxing. Plus, the off-season price was terrific and we even got the 3rd night free. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a great mini vacation.

The service at the hotel was excellent, with professional and polite staff. I really enjoyed the spacious room with a balcony overlooking the bay. The bathroom was also very spacious and the bed was wonderfully comfortable.

There were a few downsides to my stay. Firstly, the balcony in my room was minimal, unlike other rooms in the same category that could accommodate chairs.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to downtown and a free trolley service. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional. The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean, offering breathtaking views of the city skyline. The bathrooms were unique, with a view-through feature that could be closed with a blind. The pool and beach area were secluded and provided stunning views. The on-site restaurant served excellent food, especially for breakfast, and the outside space was a great place to enjoy a meal.

We loved staying at this hotel. It is located on a beautiful little island, making it feel exclusive yet still close to all the action. The jogging trail was great, and we enjoyed being able to relax by the pool while receiving excellent service. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we were impressed with the variety of amenities offered, including room service, car hire, and tours/ticket assistance. The rooms were nicely furnished and had everything we needed, including a balcony with a beautiful view.
