Great location near everything. The room was spacious, clean, and had lots of amenities like air conditioning, minibar, and a private bathroom. Fitness center was a nice touch. Loved the comfy beds and the free champagne at check-in. Valet parking was convenient and quick. Coffee shop across the street is a plus.

The room was spacious, which was nice. The bed offered a superb level of comfort, but I found the positioning in the middle of the room a bit odd. The bathroom was a highlight, featuring an open shower with a glass panel that was quite modern, although the shower controls could be improved. Temperature control was efficient, but the A/C unit did make some noises throughout the night. I appreciated the Bluetooth mirror, making morning routines easier. the room had great potential, though there were certain aspects that could benefit from refinement.

This place has an awesome location, right in the heart of everything. The staff was super friendly and check-in was a breeze. The room was nice and clean, and I really liked the Bluetooth mirror and the cool shower setup. One bummer was the air conditioner was pretty loud at night.

I was absolutely captivated by the breathtaking mountain views from my room, and being in the very center of Asheville made it incredibly easy to explore local attractions like the Asheville Art Museum, just about a 500-meter walk away, and the lively Grove Arcade, which was only around 200 meters from the hotel entrance; the staff were friendly and efficient, and the room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for weekend strolls to nearby restaurants like Hemingway's Cuba and Modesto Trattoria, but the restaurant service could use a bit more attention to ensure everyone feels welcome.

From the moment we arrived, I felt the warmth of the staff. Our spacious room had stunning mountain views and super comfy beds! The location was perfect for walking to restaurants and events — I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Spent a week at a place in an area with Breathtaking Galleries and Craftsmen shops in the Gorgeous Grove Arcade. Loved the Cultural Highlights nearby. Individually decked-out rooms had all you'd need. Enjoyed the satisfying cooked-to-order breakfasts. Made use of the fitness center in a smoke-free setting. The bar/lounge served up my fav drinks. Couldn't resist the 24-hour gym - great way to burn off those tasty meals! Safety was top-notch, felt taken care of. An overall satisfying stay. Cheers!
