With noise from neighbors and thin walls, this was not the serene retreat envisioned.

Great location near Boston Common and Back Bay. Super friendly staff. Room had air conditioning, a balcony, and a comfy bed. Loved the private bathroom and flat-screen TV. Gym was solid, and the lobby looked nice. Rooftop bar has amazing views of the city skyline. Plenty of food options nearby.

I had a terrible night when someone tried to barge into our room. If it weren't for the security lock, who knows what would have happened? The front desk didn't answer our calls, leaving us feeling unsafe and overwhelmed.

The staff provided exceptional service, truly the highlight of my stay.

J. O'Connor's Irish Pub just a few steps from the hotel, making meals super accessible, but I did find the room noise a bit distracting at times.
