Rooftop relaxation with city views

The location was prime—steps from Boston Common! I loved relaxing at the rooftop bar, enjoying cocktails with a view. Housekeeping was attentive, making everything comfortable. The lobby showcased festive decorations, adding a warm touch to our stay.

However, our check-in was delayed, with the room not ready even after 5 PM. The Wi-Fi struggled, making streaming a challenge, especially with kids. Also, the bathroom felt a bit tired and could use some updates.

this place had old, filthy carpets that looked like they belonged in a dumpster, yet I was shocked by the lack of fresh towels, too, in a supposedly high-class hotel. after such a miserable experience, you'd think they'd offer compensation, but no, nothing. they sure know how to make you feel like a second-class citizen, don't they?

The rooftop pool provided a stunning view of the city skyline while offering a refreshing escape after long sightseeing days.

I was disappointed to find the room lacked a personal fridge, which would have been helpful for storing snacks and drinks.

The location was excellent for exploring the area. I enjoyed the spacious rooms and the vibrant food scene. One morning, I decided to have breakfast outside, as the hotel breakfast was pricey for three. Walking to nearby attractions like the Public Garden made it easy to soak in the local culture. It was a fun mix of history and modern charm, perfect for someone like me who appreciates the Americana experience as a European.

There were some minor issues with staff knowledge of the area and some inconsistencies with service, but overall, it was a comfortable stay.

Had an awesome group trip! We loved staying close to Boston Common and hitting all the historic sites like Faneuil Hall Marketplace. The staff was super friendly, and our rooms were clean and comfy. Don’t miss the rooftop pool. it’s a great way to relax after exploring the city and hitting local events. Check out nearby restaurants. they have tons of options!
