Wonderful location, wonderful experience with the amazing view of the Gulf of Mexico from my room and the convenient access to the beach, just a short walk away.

I was really disappointed with the service. I requested towels and an iron, but after waiting an hour and making multiple calls, nothing arrived.

Location can't be beat. The check-in experience was confusing with unexpected charges, leaving us frustrated.

The beach access was unbeatable, making every sunset magical! I loved how close we were to delicious restaurants and the fun Mardi Gras parade. Plus, the outdoor pool was the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun!

The location is excellent, directly across from the beach. The staff displayed commendable service, especially a pregnant employee named Jaz who saved our reservation. The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. Cookies at check-in were a delightful surprise. some areas need improvement. The breakfast options were sparse and not replenished promptly during our stay. The pool area could benefit from some TLC, both in furnishings and upkeep. Rates felt inflated considering the competition nearby. For the price, better attention to detail is essential. there’s promise here, and with some adjustments, this place could shine much brighter. A solid stay, but with room for growth.

The staff really cares and goes out of their way to help. Rooms are clean and spacious with a nice pool area, perfect for kids.

The free toiletries provided were a nice touch, but the selection could have been more extensive. The room featured a flat-screen TV for entertainment, although the curtains could use some updating to improve the overall look of the room. While dry cleaning and laundry services were available, we found the pricing to be a bit steep. our experience at the Hampton Inn was pleasant, with some areas that could be enhanced.

Had a large and fabulous room overlooking the pool and sea, with new decor and amenities. Enjoyed a lovely breakfast spread with fresh fruit always available and even got free cookies at night. The pool was warm, and there was an outdoor jacuzzi, plus a nice seating area around the pool.

The bathroom facilities only had a curtain, which was inconvenient. Staff wasn't welcoming, with issues like an incorrect precharge and lack of proper receipt.

Temperature control was efficient, providing a cozy atmosphere. there was no bathroom door, only a thin curtain, which felt awkward with multiple adults sharing the space. The room was generally clean, but the fridge had old food that needed attention, and the comforter had stains. Staff interactions varied; some were helpful while others seemed preoccupied. The breakfast and heated pool were definite highlights.

The breakfast menus are good, offering hot meals. The room is very clean and cozy. The location is near the highway, making it convenient for travelers looking for easy access to transportation.

The Wi, Fi was nonexistent, and even using personal data was challenging due to poor reception inside the hotel. The back door had constant issues, making it frustrating to enter from the parking lot.

The view from my room was fantastic, with a therapeutic fountain sound by the pool. The staff, especially Dawnett, was amazing. Breakfast was good. Unfortunately, housekeeping and noise from other guests were issues. Overall, the experience was mixed.

Great option for a city trip in Biloxi with outstanding value. Breakfast was awesome.
