The views and location were incredible, with a picturesque bridge surrounded by glowing tiki torches that made for a perfect photo opportunity. The hotel facilities were top-notch, offering a variety of free extras such as fishing poles, water sports equipment, and golf clubs. The cleanliness of the rooms and facilities was impressive. The staff was helpful and gave great recommendations for local restaurants. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying.

The hotel offered free kayaks which was a great way to explore the water on our doorstep. the gym was well equipped and had beautiful views of the ocean. the complementary breakfast was a nice touch and the juice was freshly squeezed. the resort has a great location near lots of restaurants and shops.

The hotel room could have been cleaner, we found hair in the bathroom and the sheets looked like they hadn't been changed from the last guest. the noise level was high with constant chatter from other guests and the walls were thin so we could hear our neighbors' conversations.

This place is located on a beautiful property with attractive public areas. The shaded solution on the beach is just perfect. Moreover, this venue is situated next to everything you want from the Keys and it is right on the beach. The staff here were super friendly and open to answer any questions or give you tips about the equipment or the surrounding area if you were open to exploring. They made sure that we were very comfortable and provided excellent service.
