The highlight of our family trip was the abundance of fun activities for kids ages 4-10. The outside ropes course and Magi Quest were a hit with our children. We also loved the convenience of not having to leave the hotel grounds for entertainment. The staff members were friendly and provided excellent service.

Despite the enjoyable aspects of our stay, there were a few negatives. Firstly, we were disappointed with the lack of amenities provided in the room. We only received one tiny shampoo for our family of five. Additionally, the pullout bed was dirty and it took an hour to receive new bedding. The food options at the hotel were also underwhelming. Although the pizza from downstairs was edible, it was not good enough to satisfy our taste buds, so we ended up eating out for the remainder of our stay.

The atmosphere was fantastic and there were plenty of activities for my 8-year-old granddaughter. The staff was incredibly helpful and seemed to be everywhere. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the parking was convenient. The location of the hotel by the water park was perfect, making it easy to access all the fun. Plus, the water slides had little to no lines, so we could enjoy them to the fullest. it was a great experience.

Nothing not too like.

The rooms are beautifully themed with attention to detail. Safety is a priority, and the staff is friendly. Adrian at the gift shop provides excellent service. Alcohol is available for adults and parking is included. There are activities catering to all ages, including a fun dance party. The food is delicious and overall, it was a great experience for my family.

Our family had a great time at this amazing lodge. The kids had a blast at the waterpark and even got to participate in the build-a-bear activity. The room was clean and comfortable. we highly recommend this hotel for a family vacation.

Our recent stay at Great Wolf Lodge Grapevine was fantastic! We had a blast at the water park, which was so much fun and well-maintained. The variety of activities and attractions kept us entertained throughout our stay. we had a great time at Great Wolf Lodge Grapevine and would definitely recommend it to others. Despite a few small hiccups, the fun and memorable experiences at the resort outweighed any drawbacks.

Comfortable beds, mesmerizing glitz and glitter, great online representatives, fun things for kids, loved the outside ropes course, enjoyable Magi Quest, convenient bracelet system, wonderful and friendly staff.

Nothing to mention.

The resort is perfect for a group of friends looking for water fun without long lines. We enjoyed sliding in the water all day, without queues or restrictions. We spent our free time playing arcade games and shopping. Although we had to wait in line for 45 minutes at the arcade, the staff manages great crowd control. Service was excellent, and the room was clean with the perfect view of the pool. Additionally, we found the breakfast to be reasonable in price, with many options to choose from.

Some adults got drunk in the water park and made a rowdy scene.

I recently stayed at a family-friendly hotel that exceeded my expectations. Firstly, the value for money was exceptional, with the hotel offering an entry to the water park on the day of check-in and even after check-out. Secondly, the staff demonstrated great attention to detail, offering early check-in and providing small touches like wolf ears for the kids. Lastly, the basic amenities in the room, such as the comfortable beds, towels, and TV, made our stay even more enjoyable. this hotel provided a fantastic experience at an affordable price.

Everything was wonderful, nothing to improve.

We loved staying here! The location was perfect - everything was right by the gift shop. We also enjoyed the water slides as there were little to no lines which was great. In terms of service, the room amenities were fantastic - we had access to ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a sitting area. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

Everything was spot on.

We spent a wonderful Thanksgiving at a family-oriented resort. The holiday spirit was perfect for us. The two complementary activities, the MagiQuest adventure and the movie theater, were the best! The hotel is located near shopping centers and restaurants, which made it easy for us to explore the area. The best aspect of the resort was the cozy atmosphere, which we enjoyed while sitting by the fire listening to live music.

An unclean bathroom in our room, despite requesting for it to be cleaned three times. Additionally, the staff's behaviour towards us when we asked for our room to be cleaned was not pleasant. Late in the evening, the noise level was high and it made it tough to get a good night's rest.
