I absolutely loved how close we were to the Grand Canyon National Park entrance, making it super convenient to go back and forth after exploring; we even came back to see the sunset! The area felt safe and quiet, while also being just a short walk away from plenty of dining options like Pizza Hut and Wendy's as well as souvenir shops and a grocery store, which made things so easy for us. The breakfast was a standout feature, with lots of delicious options, and the friendly staff made us feel really welcome throughout our stay. But the breakfast area was a bit chaotic in the mornings due to the number of guests, and having a second TV for different news channels would have been nice.

The room was larger than expected, with ample walking space and a nice desk for our planning. Quick Wi-Fi was a plus. some areas need improvement. The shower lacked an exhaust fan, leading to damp conditions. Cleaning staff seemed stretched thin during peak hours. While we enjoyed our stay, it’s essential to know room views and amenities may vary. Exceptional service made a lasting impression. Would return with some reservations.

The room was clean and comfortable, with an extremely cozy bed that helped me rest after a long flight. The temperature control was adequate, though the heater was a bit too close to the bed, making it feel cramped. The space was larger than some, but it could use a few more electrical outlets. Natural light was limited, as my room faced an interior courtyard. Despite this, the location was perfect for an early hike. Breakfast options were commendable, adding to the overall convenience of the stay. Friendly staff enhanced the experience further.

The Holiday Inn Express & Suites Grand Canyon offers an excellent location, just a short drive from the park entrance. The staff were exceptionally helpful, and the breakfast options, including a pancake maker, added a nice touch. Rooms are generally clean and the beds comfortable.

The room was lacking for the price—old popcorn ceilings and a small, flickering TV made it feel cheap. Plus, several outlets were dead. It felt like they cared more about location than actually making guests comfortable.

The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home! Breakfast was hands down the best I've ever had, thanks to the delightful Imelda and Alberto. The large, comfy rooms were perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure.
