The pool area was lovely, and the short walk to the beach was convenient. However, the noise from the nearby elevator affected our restful nights, and the WiFi was unreliable.

The location was unbeatable, just a short walk across the street to Clearwater Beach, with plenty of dining options close by.

the two pools were a delight to stare at, too bad we couldn’t use them because they were cold, broken, and deserted for our entire 4-day stay. also, our check-in took forever, with one room opening at the crack of 430pm. i almost thought of leaving a good review, but their mediocre service just wouldn’t allow me to.

This place suits me perfectly! I love the heated swimming pool, free Wi-Fi, and 24-hour reception. Staff helped me find my lost ID card during my first stay. Definitely recommend checking out the outdoor picnic area! I'm coming back soon!

We had a fantastic family getaway! The hotel is a quick 3-minute walk to Pier 60, where we loved watching sunset performances. Plus, mini golf was a hit with the kids, keeping our toddler entertained while we relaxed by one of the pools.

In my wife’s opinion, more seating near the pool would be great.

The property is in dire need of renovations!!! Broken bathroom fixtures, lack of fresh toiletries, and inconsistent room cleaning were disappointing. Inconvenience of the separate buildings without proper signage is frustrating!!!

The rooms had a minifridge and microwave. The WiFi was sporadically slow and unrelilable.

WiFi disconnected often. enjoyed the 24-hour reception and clean, air-conditioned rooms.

My stay was fantastic with a clean and fresh room, and the service was excellent. it was great to have an ice cream shop just across the street and to be only a few steps from Shephard's Tiki Beach Bar & Grill, where I enjoyed drinks with a view after a nice day exploring the beach and local parks—but the hotel could use some updates to make the experience even better.
