Clean and spacious rooms made our stay very enjoyable.

Convenient and clean, the hotel suited my need for a quick sleep, though the pillows were on the smaller side. Breakfast was surprisingly extensive—waffles, eggs, and yogurt. I've heard stories that paint a different picture; mold issues and bugs in other rooms sound alarming. Some guests faced no heat , which is a serious concern, especially with kids. The pool's late opening was disappointing, too. While I had no major complaints, the inconsistencies in guest experiences make me hesitant to recommend it wholeheartedly.

I had an absolute blast lounging by the gorgeous outdoor swimming pool! The rooms were spotless and super comfy, just perfect for a cozy retreat. Plus, it was just a quick 10-minute drive to the parks—location couldn’t be better!

The location was fantastic, super convenient for getting to Disney & Universal properties easily. I loved the free parking and how close food and grocery options were. The room was good enough, especially since we just needed a place to crash between theme parks. The quick elevators and satisfactory breakfast were definite pluses.

I wasn't a fan of the name change confusion, and the pool area could use some sprucing up. Plus, for the price, I expected a complimentary toothbrush and toothpaste.

Comfortable stay with room for improvement

The Grand Hotel Kissimmee offers a good pool view and a peaceful atmosphere. The beds were notably comfortable, and I appreciated the shuttle service to theme parks. the breakfast options were repetitive, and a coffee machine in the room would have enhanced the experience.

Room was clean and matched the pics. Big beds, air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and a microwave. Nice location, 10 mins to Disney parks. Good breakfast but could use more variety. Fitness center and a clean pool. Free parking and friendly staff. Easy late check-in too, which was great after a long drive with a kid.

The service was amazing, staff so helpful & friendly. LOVED the clean rooms. Would definitely choose it again! The pool area looks better in photos. Can't wait to go back!

Perfectly positioned for Orlando's top attractions and activities!

This hotel made my stay so enjoyable thanks to its ideal proximity to Orlando's attractions, being just a short drive from iconic spots like Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park, which is less than 3 km away, and Epcot, almost 4 km from my door; the surrounding area is bustling with great restaurants like Charley's Steak House and Curry Taste of India, both within a 1.5 km walk, allowing for easy exploration on foot while soaking in the local atmosphere, plus the hotel itself is clean and well-maintained with an attentive staff that added a personal touch to my stay, but the breakfast could use some improvement as it wasn't as delightful as expected.

The breakfast staff shines like a diamond in the rough. Multiple breakfast choices make mornings bearable, and the lovely pond view adds some tranquility.

The carpets need a serious deep clean.
