Friendly Staff and Convenient Location

I had a pleasant stay, thanks to the friendly and helpful staff. the location of the hotel was convenient, close to restaurants and shops. However, improvements can be made in terms of cleanliness and room maintenance, especially with issues like wet floors and thin walls.

The city views from the Best Western Plus Raleigh Crabtree Valley Hotel were surprisingly charming, overlooking an old car junkyard-turned-garage that added a unique touch to the scenery. The staff's warm welcome at the front desk made my arrival feel special, and the free airport shuttle was a convenient and thoughtful amenity.

The coffee at the hotel was a bit disappointing, as it tasted watered down.

The Best Western Plus Raleigh Crabtree Valley Hotel provided a comfortable stay with friendly staff, a variety in breakfast options, and nice in-room amenities. The outdoor pool area, with sun loungers and a grill, was a relaxing spot. The nearby landmarks, like PNC Arena and Umstead Park, offered great family bonding opportunities. Unfortunately, the short pool hours and elevator issues were minor inconveniences.

The staff at this hotel are exceptional. From the manager to the cleaning and breakfast crew, everyone was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. the breakfast provided has a lot of options and is sufficient for a good start to the day. the rooms are comfortable, and the housekeeping service is top-notch.

omg, the room decorated and smelled amazing, just like a spa 💆‍♀️! walking distance to restaurants was super convenient too. However, breakfast could use some work - healthier options needed. Staff was nice but forgot my order 😅.

The location was perfect, with the mall just a short hop away and loads of eateries within walking distance - the staff were super friendly and knew their stuff! This gem is a hop, skip, and a jump to all the cool spots in Raleigh, and Panera is right next door; the rooms are spotless, spacious.

Okay, so the Room AC played hide and seek with us, and it was no fun waiting for a new room due to a system hiccup. Room keys needed a morning makeover, which was a groggy inconvenience.
