I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right on the beach and in a great area to explore the Art Deco district. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the manager, they were always willing to give advice and help with any request. The room was modern and clean, with great amenities like a flat-screen TV and a comfortable bed. The hotel also had fantastic leisure facilities, including a sauna, swimming pool, and a private beach. this place provided excellent comfort and quality services that made my stay even more enjoyable.

I recently stayed at Hyatt Centric in South Beach for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is fairly new and incredibly clean compared to many other hotels in the area. The staff, especially Paula, were friendly and helpful, and even allowed me a late check-out due to my night flight. The valet and door men were outstanding, providing excellent service. The room itself was exceptional, surpassing even the high-end hotel I previously stayed at. I was blown away by the quality and the reasonable cost. I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Location was excellent for exploring the area by foot. Room was very clean and modern with a great view. Plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. Public parking in front of the establishment made it easy to park for a reasonable rate. Highly recommended.

I had an amazing stay at this place. The location is great, just across the street from the beach and in the center of everything. The service is excellent with room service available 24/7 and staff always ready to help with any request. The amenities in the room are top-notch, from the air conditioning to the mini-bar and in-room safe. The outdoor swimming pool is perfect for a day of relaxation and the staff even offers a welcome drink and happy hour. The dining restaurant and bar/lounge area are also great options for a meal or drink, and the staff would give advice to help you decide.

Had a great time at this hotel during Xmas! The location was perfect, just minutes away from shopping, restaurants, and the beach. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. They even provided excellent valet service and held our bags after checkout. The service here was top-notch, and we appreciated the dog-friendly accommodations. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff was always willing to help with any requests.

The Valet/door Men were super. Quest services reception was super. The room was exceptional. The location, size of the hotel, decoration, and size of the room were all great. Modern and sleek vibe. Greeted by valet. Lovely Ocean breeze scent. Nice lobby and breakdown of the bill. Beautiful cold beverage while waiting for room. Clean and well-put together room. Daily room service and fresh towels. Delicious drinks and food. Fantastic room with balcony view of beach and city. Friendly cleaning staff.

Excellent personalized service and modern, clean rooms with floor to ceiling windows offering great views. The General Manager went above and beyond to assist us with our bags. The pool area was also nice.

One downside was the lack of a microwave in the room, but after raising the issue, the staff promptly provided one. I would recommend this hotel.

The suite was very comfortable and well-distributed. I especially loved the balcony-like window that allowed for extra organization. The room was clean and fresh, and one of the best stays I've had in Miami. Additionally, the cleaning staff was friendly and efficient. the room at this hotel was great, but the reception and breakfast experience left much to be desired.

The reception area had a bad smell, which was quite off-putting. The service during breakfast was also disappointing. The waitstaff acted like they were overwhelmed, even though the restaurant was only 20% full. It was frustrating to deal with slow service every day.

The hotel was very modern and stylish, and located in a nice area close to the beach, airport, shopping, and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I received two chairs with my stay at the beach. Additionally, the shower in the room was the best I've ever had, and I found it to be very relaxing.

The ocean view from the hotel room , as it was dominated by the roof of a nearby parking garage. It was not worth the extra price.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, especially the gentleman at the bar, were friendly and accommodating. The bar/restaurant was cozy and provided a nice communal area. The hotel is conveniently located, just a 5-minute walk away from the beach and restaurants. It is also close to many restaurants and shopping options, as well as near the convention center. We loved the cleanliness of the hotel and the fact that towels and beach chairs were included with our stay. Additionally, the hotel offered a beach pass agreement with a nearby beachfront hotel for free use of their sunbeds. The parking building across the road was convenient, although it did not allow multiple entries.

I loved the convenient location of this hotel. The beach is just across the street, perfect for someone like me who wants to be in direct touch with nature. There are also plenty of dining and shopping options within walking distance.

Felt like our own home, no complaints whatsoever.
