The corner room with floor to ceiling windows and rainforest shower head was excellent. Mauricio, the housekeeping gentlemen, was phenomenal. Great location with everything we needed within walking distance. The rooms were beautiful, beds comfortable, and the pool and sundeck area were great.

This hotel is located in the center of South Beach, making it a great base to explore the Art Deco district. The staff are warm and welcoming, and the rooms offer amazing views, whether it's of the street corner or the ocean. The basic amenities are just right and the breakfast is a wonderful way to start your day.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the manager, they were always willing to give advice and help with any request. The room was modern and clean, with great amenities like a flat-screen TV and a comfortable bed. The hotel also had fantastic leisure facilities, including a sauna, swimming pool, and a private beach. this place provided excellent comfort and quality services that made my stay even more enjoyable.

I recently stayed at Hyatt Centric in South Beach for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is fairly new and incredibly clean compared to many other hotels in the area. The staff, especially Paula, were friendly and helpful, and even allowed me a late check-out due to my night flight. The valet and door men were outstanding, providing excellent service. The room itself was exceptional, surpassing even the high-end hotel I previously stayed at. I was blown away by the quality and the reasonable cost. I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Location was excellent for exploring the area by foot. Room was very clean and modern with a great view. Plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. Public parking in front of the establishment made it easy to park for a reasonable rate. Highly recommended.

I had an amazing stay at this place. The location is great, just across the street from the beach and in the center of everything. The service is excellent with room service available 24/7 and staff always ready to help with any request. The amenities in the room are top-notch, from the air conditioning to the mini-bar and in-room safe. The outdoor swimming pool is perfect for a day of relaxation and the staff even offers a welcome drink and happy hour. The dining restaurant and bar/lounge area are also great options for a meal or drink, and the staff would give advice to help you decide.

Had a great time at this hotel during Xmas! the location was perfect, just minutes away from shopping, restaurants, and the beach. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. They even provided excellent valet service and held our bags after checkout. the service here was top, notch, and we appreciated the dog, friendly accommodations. Check, in and check, out were smooth, and the staff was always willing to help with any requests.

Excellent personalized service and modern, clean rooms with floor to ceiling windows offering great views. The General Manager went above and beyond to assist us with our bags. The pool area was also nice.

One downside was the lack of a microwave in the room, but after raising the issue, the staff promptly provided one. I would recommend this hotel.

The suite was very comfortable and well, distributed. I especially loved the balcony, like window that allowed for extra organization. the room was clean and fresh, and one of the best stays I've had in Miami. Additionally, the cleaning staff was friendly and efficient.

The reception area had a bad smell, which was quite off, putting. the service during breakfast was also disappointing.

The hotel was very modern and stylish, and located in a nice area close to the beach, airport, shopping, and restaurants. the staff was friendly and helpful, and I received two chairs with my stay at the beach. Additionally, the shower in the room was the best I've ever had, and I found it to be very relaxing.

The ocean view from the hotel room was disappointing, as it was dominated by the roof of a nearby parking garage. It was not worth the extra price.
