Welcome drinks are refreshing, staff is exceptional, and breakfast provides a wide array of choices. the spacious deluxe room and junior suite are worth every penny, and the prompt shuttle service adds to the convenience.

The breakfast at The Shaza was a delightful experience, with a variety that left me craving for more. The staff, especially at the concierge desk, went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. My room was upgraded for free, and the luxury exceeded my expectations.

Some hiccups with the reception staff, such as Ammar's brusqueness and the lack of acknowledgement from Khaled, added a touch of inconvenience. The room was quite small, with hidden towel and remote locations.

The room service, dry cleaning, and valet parking services were top-notch. Malik, Malik's supervisor, and Rameez, who drove us to the airport, provided excellent hospitality. We were pleasantly surprised when they upgraded our city view room to a Haram view room free of charge. the safety locker in the room added an extra layer of security to our belongings. the staff were always helpful and accommodating, making sure our needs were met promptly and efficiently.

While our overall experience was fantastic, one improvement could be made regarding the hotel's schedule for customer pick-ups. There were instances where they did not adhere to the schedule, causing slight delays.

During my business trip to Makkah, I had the pleasure of staying at Shaza Makkah, chosen by our director. The Afiya health and wellness center at the hotel was an oasis of tranquility, offering a perfect destination to engage with loved ones in the serenity of Middle Eastern hospitality. The lively social space was a great spot to unwind and indulge in refreshing drinks while enjoying relaxing treatments like hand, feet, and scalp massages. The royal foot massage service and Shalimar's luxurious glass teapots were a true delight, ensuring a world-class experience.

Our children absolutely loved the Kids Club at the hotel, where they could immerse themselves in captivating stories, fun games, and brain-teasing puzzles that taught them valuable Islamic values such as honesty, cooperation. The engaging activities kept them entertained and educated, making it a perfect place for families looking for an enriching experience for their children.

My wife says that the Kids Club could benefit from extended opening hours to accommodate children of varying age groups and energy levels.

My friends and I had a blast staying at this hotel during our visit to Mecca. We had a great time exploring the interactive games and brain teasers that taught us about good manners and honesty. It was super fun and we learned a lot while having a great time together as young Muslims.

We wished there were more lively activities for young people in the evening.

We had an excellent experience at Shaza Makkah. the room service was exceptional, and we were particularly impressed with Waseem from housekeeping. He was extremely helpful and delivered everything we asked for promptly. the room itself was very nice and the price for the night was very encouraging, making us want to stay longer.

Finding the hotel was not obvious.

An unexpected adventure unfolded, beginning with mouthwatering global delicacies at the Midan. The Afiya center boasted a tranquil ambience for wellness. The decor, a tribute to the Silk Route, swept me into another time. Engaging with Al Morafik was a highlight, offering unparalleled service. The kids' club and prayer spaces were thoughtful touches. Iftar was a feast for the senses. Amidst it all, I found solace in the royal foot massage. Planning my Zamzam water adventure next!

The hotel is located very close to the holy mosque, about 7 minutes walk away from the entrances. The rooms are clean and comfortable with great designs. The staff were friendly and quick to respond to any issues. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from.

The area is working and by a mountain, which may make it difficult to walk to the Haram.

A perfect destination to engage with the loved ones in a middle eastern hospitality, as if I was transported to a magical world filled with rich aromas and tantalizing flavors. The cuisine from the Middle East, Levant, India, Morocco, and Turkey made every meal an unforgettable journey through the Silk Route.

We had an amazing stay here. With its location on the mountain side, this place is peaceful and comfortable. The short walk to the main gates of the mosque made it convenient for us. The service was excellent, with room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, valet parking and many amenities including ironing facilities. The staff, especially the receptionist and the restaurant manager and his staff, provided great customer service. The restaurant served excellent in-room breakfasts, packed lunches and special diet menus. We also enjoyed the fantastic spa centre and leisure TV room facilities with Wi-Fi.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to enjoy a wonderful stay with the true meaning of great customer service.

The hotel staff was top-notch, always competing to make guests' stays better; special shoutouts go to the friendly room-boys, welcoming reception ladies, and caring supervisor. The spacious room, tasty breakfast, and superb customer service truly stood out and made our stay remarkable. Although the check-out process wasn't very flexible, it didn't overshadow the overall fantastic experience we had 😊.

the facility was excellent, with clean and spacious rooms, a nice toilet, and a free minibar. the hotel also had convenient amenities such as a coffee machine, fast lifts, and the ability to order food delivery through apps right to the location. I was also pleased to find that there were parking spots available for free. the staff were friendly and the breakfast had a good variety of options.
