We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location was incredibly convenient, especially for the event we attended that night, as it was just a short walk away. The staff, from the front desk to the waitstaff, were extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was luxurious and provided enhanced comfort with its separate bedroom, living room, and balcony. The amenities in the room such as the microwave and refrigerator were convenient for our needs. The hotel also had an outdoor swimming pool with a sun terrace, which was perfect for relaxing after a long day. Moreover, the cleanliness of both the lobby and rooms was exceptional.

The suite style rooms with a separate bedroom are well designed and spacious. The beds are comfortable and the view from the room is nice. The entire staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room service staff was prompt and the housekeeping staff took great care of our room. The hotel also offers convenient parking.

We had a minor issue with the bathroom light being motion activated, but once we closed the door between the bedroom and bathroom, it didn't bother us anymore.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Orange County, CA. The room was newly remodeled and had great amenities including a comfortable bed, a separate living room area with a TV console and desk, and a pull-out sofa bed. The hotel was conveniently located close to the South Coast Shopping Center and the Sergetrom Center for the Arts. The staff was friendly and helpful, with John providing excellent service during check-in and Natalie going above and beyond to assist us with our room key.

We loved the clean and comfortable rooms, with a very comfy bed. The hotel staff was really nice and helpful. Parking was easy and we enjoyed the relaxing pool area. The location was great, close to restaurants, South Coast mall, and freeways. Being in the amazing Arts District was a bonus, and it was perfect for visiting family in the area.
