The location of the hotel was fantastic, right in the heart of downtown Sonoma, making it convenient to explore the area and visit nearby attractions. the hotel also provided free passes for wine tastings at several wineries, which was a great perk and allowed us to experience some of the local wines without any extra cost. Additionally, the customer service at the hotel was excellent, with friendly staff who were always willing to help and provide recommendations for things to do in the area.

One thing that could be improved is the bathroom setup. the lack of a shower door or curtain made it a bit difficult to avoid splashing water all over the bathroom.

My wife and I had an excellent stay at this wonderful boutique hotel. The attention to detail was exceptional, making us feel like we were staying at a luxurious 5-star global chain. The bed and bedding were incredibly comfortable, and we loved relaxing in the Jacuzzi after a day exploring the vineyards. The staff were attentive and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. They even emailed me to inform me that I had left my phone charger in the room and arranged to have it sent back to me. I highly recommend this gem of a hotel for a truly enjoyable stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! I was delighted to have been upgraded to a beautifully appointed and very comfortable suite. The location was ideal, just steps from the town square and close to the bike shop. I loved being able to walk to the Sonoma Plaza and explore the nearby Sonoma Outlook trail. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were great, including the complimentary wine tasting and selection of fine restaurants. The breakfast was delicious, with a basket of pastries delivered to my door each morning. I really appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the fresh pitchers of water, milk, and orange juice in the fridge. a wonderful experience!
