As foreign tourists, we loved the location of the hotel - it was perfect for our stay. The room was clean and met all our needs. The service from the front desk staff was fantastic - super friendly during check-in and check-out. The well-kept and well-lighted grounds made us feel happy upon arrival. The lobby had plenty of space for dining and seating in small clusters. The elevators were quick and clean. While there were limitations, the breakfast sandwich was a good choice. The hotel also had laundry facilities that were clean and well-maintained. The room appointments were good, with easily accessible outlets and a well-functioning fridge and microwave.

The front desk employees were extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed.

The bed pillows could have been better, and it would have been nice if they provided more toiletries such as liquid hand soap, body wash, and mouthwash. We also expected a suite that could accommodate our family, but instead, we were given two double beds, which caused some arguments among the kids.
