The staff at the hotel were exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. From the friendly front desk staff who helped with my grandson's Xbox set-up, to the accommodating bistro staff who always greeted me with a smile and remembered my preferences, the service was top-notch. The hotel also had a small deli/bakery inside, offering fresh and delicious food. The location, directly across from the convention center, was convenient for my business needs.

While there were a few things I would change about the hotel, such as the pillows, overall my experience was positive and there were no major issues to complain about.

I was blown away by the convenience of staying at Courtyard. The location right across the street from the Convention Center was a game-changer! I could easily pop back to my room or grab a drink at the lobby bar in just a 4-minute walk. The staff, specifically Jonathan and Amairaery at the front desk, were absolute pros, providing exceptional service. Lisa and Eve at the evening dining and drinks were the best in the industry, always making me feel welcomed and accommodating all my requests. The pool was an added bonus. I can't wait to return to this fantastic place!

This hotel was perfect for my needs as a budget traveller attending a conference nearby. It's located very close to the convention center and there are plenty of other eateries in the area to choose from. The room and bathroom were clean, and the service provided by the friendly staff was excellent. The breakfast was delicious and a great value for the price. The reliable internet and speedy AC were also a big plus.
