Convenient location near shops and restaurants. Clean property with attractive outdoor patio and cozy indoor seating area and bar. On-the-go café is excellent. Staff, particularly bartender, provides excellent service for everyone.

The value for my money was great - beautiful room and top floor corner location. The hotel is in a central spot with shopping and restaurants nearby. The staff was excellent, especially Shonda at the bar!

The breakfast option could be improved with more variety or a bigger selection.

The hotel's location is great, situated in a lovely area with friendly staff. Guests can make requests for specific rooms, and the hotel tries its best to meet those requests. The hotel's ambiance is beautiful with a few aesthetically pleasing facilities available to guests. Rooms are spacious, and some have excellent views.

Some of the facilities and amenities are not well-maintained.

The tub in the bathroom was luxurious and spacious, allowing for a relaxing and indulgent bathing experience. The room was also located away from any noise, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent amenities and comfortable atmosphere.
