The staff at the hotel was amazing, especially Lisa, Ricky, CC, and Shonouy who made our trip unforgettable with their entertaining and exceptional service. The location of the resort was also a plus, as it was just a quick 20-minute ride from the airport. Additionally, the jerk chicken we had at a nearby restaurant was spectacular, a true highlight of our stay.

We experienced a room downgrade upon arrival, despite having booked a specific room type. The front desk initially offered a noisy room close to the pool bar, and even after realizing the mistake, it took a while for them to rectify the situation.

During our stay, we loved the location of the hotel right on the beach. We made sure to visit the coconut man on the beach, who served delicious and refreshing coconut water. Don't miss the beach party and reggae party on the beach, they were a lot of fun! The room was spacious and well-kept, with a comfortable and clean bathroom. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, always friendly and attentive. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning with a wide variety of options. The view from our balcony was breathtaking, overlooking the pool area and out to the beach. The facilities were impressive and we especially enjoyed the spa services. we had a wonderful experience.
