The value for money was excellent and the room was clean and comfortable with a great ocean view. The location was perfect, right on the beach, and the staff went above and beyond to provide excellent service.

The location is amazing, right on the promenade and just a short walk to a convenience store across Collins Ave. The staff is incredibly friendly and the service is wonderful. The rooms are clean and the bathroom is spacious and stocked with L'Occtaine products. Breakfast selection is amazing, and the amenities in the room are properly supplied. The pool and beach are breathtaking and there are even sun tan lotions provided so all you need to bring is your swim suit.

Although everything was perfect at this hotel, some additional fees like the resort fee and the auto-tip for a party of two can be a bit steep and should be considered.

I had an amazing 4-night stay at Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club, Autograph Collection! The moment I arrived, I was greeted by Akeem R., the assistant Front Office Manager, who was incredibly friendly and even upgraded my room to an oceanview. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect for relaxation, and the beach was just a short walk away. The pillows were so comfortable, and I especially loved the casual 40s vintage vibe of the hotel. The staff went above and beyond, especially Minna and Stephanie, who provided exceptional customer service. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay.

I recently stayed at the Cadillac Hotel for a weekend getaway with my girlfriends to celebrate my birthday. The location was perfect, right on the beach with private access. We loved the lounge bar and the option of two pools, including an adults-only pool. The buffet breakfast was exceptional and having water and coffee available in the room was a nice touch. The modern and luxurious feel of the hotel made our stay even more enjoyable.

The grounds are stunning with two pools. The restaurant, Donna Mare, offers delicious food. Towels and chairs are provided, and you can rent an umbrella. The oceanfront view from the room is beautiful. The beds are comfortable. The adult and kid pools have lounging chairs that are very comfortable. The hot tub is clean and not over chlorinated. The music at the tiki bar is great.

As youngsters, we loved the friendly and helpful staff, especially Patrick at the front desk. He gave us a wonderful room upgrade. Julian, the breakfast staff, was not only friendly but also quite good-looking. The Tiki Bar/Restaurant had delicious food and great happy hour beer prices. The oceanfront room had an amazing view of the ocean. The hotel's grounds were beautiful, with a pool and hot tub, as well as a great beach location. We also enjoyed being able to walk to some nice restaurants nearby.

I also enjoyed the adult-only pool and the tiki bar. the hotel was conveniently located near bike rentals, shops, restaurants, and other amenities.

There were some noise issues on the left side of the building, but the problem was resolved when I was moved to the right side, facing the beach. Additionally, there was an issue with not receiving the room that was initially booked, but the staff did not handle the situation well and provided excuses instead of finding a satisfactory solution.
