Super spacious room with a nice kitchenette. Loved the open walk-in shower! Everything was clean and stocked with towels and soaps. Great location, only a 15 min walk to Universal. Pool and hot tub were perfect after a long drive. Staff was super nice, and the food at the restaurant was really good.

The Clarion Inn offers superb proximity to Universal Studios, with a convenient free shuttle service. The room was spacious, and the on-site café served delicious breakfast. the cleanliness and maintenance of the bathrooms and air conditioning need significant upgrades for a more comfortable stay.

Suite near the pool made for a delightful stay. The hot tub helped ease my back pain, and the room was bigger and cleaner than expected, perfect for five people. Staff provided extra blankets and towels promptly. John at the front desk was friendly and checked up on us, which was a nice touch. the sound from the nearby interstate was disruptive, and the air conditioning didn’t quite cool down the room. Despite some issues, the location was ideal for walking to the parks, making it worth considering for a future visit.

The hotel's funky aesthetic stands out, and the room was generally in good shape. But there are drawbacks. Cleanliness was inconsistent; a dirty shower and unwelcoming room dampened the experience. Amenities like the pool were impacted by weather, and some staff responses lacked the professionalism expected. While the potential is there, attention to detail and cleanliness needs urgent improvement. Would I return? Yes, with caution.

I had the worst experience checking in late at night—no parking spots available, and the staff were incredibly rude about it. After dropping our bags, we ended up having to find a new place at 1:30 AM. Just awful!

The hotel is just a short shuttle ride to Universal Studios, making it incredibly convenient for visiting the park while also being within walking distance of many food options like TGI Fridays and Burger King as well as the International Premium Outlet mall which is great for shopping; the spacious rooms with a kitchenette and clean amenities added to my comfort, but the outdoor pool area could use a bit more lounging space.

The hotel was super close, making it easy to hit the rides early. Plus, the staff was chill and hooked us up with shuttle rides. Perfect for our squad!

Wish they had a lit hangout spot for teens—like a cool outdoor bonfire pit to vibe with music and snacks. A lit spot for late-night vibes would take this place to the next level!
