Perfect spot for exploring

Super convenient location near the aquarium and tons of cool restaurants. Check-in was a breeze thanks to the friendly staff. Loved the views of the river! The shuttle service next door made getting around easy. Just a bummer there’s no free breakfast, and the indoor pool could’ve been warmer.

The staff was wonderful and the room was great. the location of the hotel was perfect for our stay, very convenient.

There were several downsides to our experience. the pool was extremely small and not as spacious as it appeared in the pictures.

Great location to explore downtown area with various attractions such as the aquarium and children's museum within walking distance. Staff were polite and attentive, with one guest receiving quick responses from the friendly Kate Burkhalter for any queries. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with a whirlpool spa tub in some. Bathrooms had high-end shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Limited breakfast options at the Bistro/Starbucks.

The location of this Marriott was perfect for the attractions we wanted to go to. The room was big, with plenty of room for the five of us. Beds were comfy. The response to my emails was quick and the staff, especially Kate Burkhalter, were friendly and helpful. The pool and outdoor firepit area were great amenities. I am definitely planning to stay here again.

The value for money at this hotel was unbeatable, especially considering the excellent location. Being right next to the Visitors Centre where the free electric buses run from was absolutely perfect for what I had planned. The hotel was very convenient to everything in downtown and the staff were friendly and attentive. The rooms on the second floor were spacious and had all the basic amenities you would expect, including two standard sized beds, a desk, a love seat, a mini fridge, a TV.

We could easily walk to the Tennessee Aquarium and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the city. the staff was also friendly and helpful, providing us with recommendations and directions.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I was thoroughly impressed. the location was absolutely fantastic. It was right in the heart of downtown, close to all the attractions and just a short walk away from the river. The convenience couldn't be beat. Secondly, the staff at this hotel were exceptional. From the moment I arrived, they were friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. Lastly, the rooms were well-equipped with all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail, such as the hot tub and the sofa in the room, made my stay even more enjoyable. Plus, having breakfast available with Starbucks on-site was a great perk.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic and there was really nothing that I could fault.

The room at Courtyard By Marriott Chattanooga Downtown was so cozy and comfortable. I loved having a laptop-friendly workspace and the complimentary coffee was a great perk. The private bathroom with a shower/tub combination was a nice touch too.

I'm not a fan of the alarm clock in the room, but I know some people might find it useful.

From check-in to check-out, friendly staff. Super clean room, comfy bed. Superb location, walking distance to everything. Fantastic location for Aquarium and IMAX. Lots of dining options nearby. Pool open and fun for kids.

Traveling with the kids, the hotel's perfect location near the aquarium, river walk, and local restaurants made our stay memorable. We even explored the Bluff Art District a short walk away. The staff was professional, kind, and ensured our safety. The hotel was clean, and the beds with soft pillows provided a comfortable night's sleep. The highlight was the luxurious shower with high-end toiletries, feeling like a spa experience. We'll definitely be back.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was in walking distance to all the great attractions in this city. I loved being able to walk to the Tennessee Aquarium and the Creative Museum. The hotel itself was clean and had great facilities. It was directly across from the IMax theater, which was a big plus. The staff was friendly and provided me with helpful information.

The rooms are spacious and come with all the essential amenities needed for a comfortable stay, including a sofa and a jacuzzi.
