This place suits me perfectly with its free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and outdoor swimming pool. I remember how the staff helped me find my lost earring during my first stay. I’m coming back for a new year.

The breakfast was impressive! My kids and I loved the pancakes and donuts. The pool was a highlight! It was unique with the indoor/outdoor feature, and my little ones had so much fun splashing around, even in November!

Additionally, the housekeeping staff entered my room unannounced despite the 'do not disturb' sign prominently displayed. It was frustrating, especially since I had hoped to relax without interruptions. Overall, these concerns left me disappointed considering the usually high standards I associate with this hotel.

the hot tub jets weren’t working! ! but the indoor/outdoor pool was fun and the breakfast was decent. the room was spacious, and the beds were comfy. i appreciated the accommodating staff, they really made the stay enjoyable.
