Amazing hotel if you want a quiet and relaxing stay. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. The staff is extremely helpful and polite, going above and beyond to assist guests. They even organized an egg hunt event for the kids on Easter. The hotel is conveniently located, with easy access to Biscayne National Park and the Everglades. Parking is available, although it may be tight during the peak season. The hotel also provides a Bonovy app for seamless check-in and check-out. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

I loved getting great value for my money with this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a lovely shower. The location was convenient for exploring Miami and the Keys, and having a Publix and strip malls across the street was a big plus. The staff was nice, polite, and accommodating, making my stay stress-free. Plus, being able to swim at odd hours in the pool was a true blessing.

We recently had a great time at a hotel near two beautiful parks, which was very close to the Florida outlet and just off the Highway from Miami down to the Keys. The room was spotless and cozy, with a modern decor that left a great impression. The staff was very friendly and supportive, always going the extra mile to make us feel at home. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The pool was a perfect place to relax and unwind, and the gym was equipped with all the necessary equipment.

We had an unpleasant surprise when we tried to iron our clothes and found a cockroach in the holder. Although the cleaning lady immediately disposed of it, it was a somewhat disturbing experience.
