The location of this hotel was perfect for a short vacation. The area was nice and convenient. Plus, there was a great selection of restaurants nearby and even a Starbucks inside the hotel. Despite some construction noise, the room was clean and comfortable. I recommend this hotel for its good location and cleanliness.

The staff at this hotel were amazing, always friendly and professional. They provided excellent recommendations and even had ice-cold water waiting for us every day. The cleanliness of the room was also top-notch, and the beds were comfy and clean. We also appreciated the efficient check-in and check-out process, which took only a couple of minutes. this hotel had everything we needed for a fantastic stay.

As longer term business travelers, we loved the hotel's prime location on the corner of Fifth Avenue and Bryant Park. The various metro connections and proximity to Penn Station made commuting easy. The hotel and room were clean, and despite the smaller size compared to European hotels, we found it manageable for storing our luggage. The option for a late check-out and the ability to leave our luggage for later pick-up were greatly appreciated. The shower had good water temperature and pressure, and the dedicated wardrobe, although small, had enough hangers, including ones for trousers. The helpful staff, especially the concierge George, was excellent in arranging tours and recommending restaurants. Additionally, complimentary coffee was a nice perk.

The hotel was centrally located and close to popular attractions like Rockefeller and the Empire State Building. We were also just a few blocks away from Central Park and Times Square, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms had clean and comfortable linens, and the bathrooms were well-maintained. Despite some of the drawbacks mentioned in other reviews, we found the reception staff to be friendly and accommodating.

I had the most amazing experience at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. From the moment I arrived, they greeted me warmly and checked in on me throughout my stay. The front desk gentleman, Frank, was especially friendly and helpful. He even took a picture with my grandchildren, who absolutely adored him. The customer service here is truly fantastic.

I had a great experience staying at Courtyard. the location was perfect, right at the corner with Fifth Avenue and Bryant Park, with easy access to various metro connections and Penn Station within walking distance. the hotel and room were clean, although the room size was a bit small. the staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to make a late check-out and store our luggage for later pick-up. the shower had good water temperature and pressure, and the bed and pillows were really comfortable. the coffee making facilities in the room were a nice touch, and it was great to be able to get a hot chocolate from the mezzanine. All in all, a pleasant stay.
