The hotel itself was luxurious, providing enhanced comfort and quality services. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met, always with a warm smile. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a cozy sitting area and a dining table. Additionally, the leisure facilities were outstanding, with a spa and wellness center that offered a range of relaxing treatments and an indoor swimming pool where we could unwind after a long day. The shuttle service provided was also a great convenience, making it easy for us to explore the surrounding area. we were extremely impressed with the service and amenities offered at this place.

The hotel facilities, including the gym center, the pool area, and the yoga class, were great and very convenient to use. The room was big, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom had a spa tub. The restaurant served delicious food at fair and reasonable prices. This hotel is located close to several local restaurants and transportation options. The hotel also offered parking facilities. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch.

Challenging Wi-Fi, but the beautiful surroundings and comfortable rooms made up for it. Friendly personal and excellent service from Brandon, the bartender. The food from the smokehaus grille and the gelato from the bakery were delicious.

We recently enjoyed a fantastic stay at Zermatt Utah Resort & Spa, and our experience was simply wonderful. Our purpose was to have a relaxing getaway, and we stayed for an extra long weekend. The miniature golf course and bakery were delightful, and we had a blast in the billiards room. The swimming pool and hot tub were also great for unwinding. The walking areas were lovely, and the spa was incredibly relaxing. Dinner at Wildfire BBQ was a highlight, with delicious food and a cozy atmosphere.

This hotel is the perfect destination for a couples getaway in northern Utah. We have stayed here multiple times and have always been impressed with the amenities, perks, and activities available. The staff is fantastic and extremely helpful, from the hilarious valet and security guard to the sweet and patient front desk. The spa therapists are the best in the state and the food on site is amazing. The variety of activities, such as mini-golf and feeding goats, kept us entertained during our stay.

I recently stayed at Zermatt for an extra long weekend getaway with my family. The location and area were breathtakingly beautiful, and the German style ambiance of the hotel added to the charm. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a super soft bed and a nicely updated, super clean bathroom. The amenities were great, the food delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated the free wifi and the large TV with great reception. Room service was fast and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The resort also offered gluten-free food options, which was a pleasant surprise. The shuttle service to the Swiss days fair was excellent and convenient. The room and the view were amazing! the pool area was great for kids, with free toys and a fun indoor/outdoor setup. the hotel had beautiful grounds, including restaurants, a carousel, and nice walking paths around a pond to visit goats. a great place for families.

There were some maintenance issues with water leaks in the hallways, and the noise from young families could be a bit distracting. However, these were not major negatives, as the hotel clearly caters to families.
