We enjoyed our stay with the family and our dog. The hotel was clean and comfortable, offering easy access to the outdoor areas. I loved how friendly the staff were and how well they handled the unexpected snowstorm. It was truly great service!

My wife says that the pool could be warmer for kids.

the courtyards king room with sofa bed was perfect for us, very clean and well maintained. it's conveniently located near the mall and the indoor swimming pool had such lovely natural sunlight pouring in, making it a great spot to relax. check-in was a breeze, and our room key worked flawlessly.

The marinated fish at the bistro was a culinary delight, a true gem that made my taste buds dance! The clean rooms and comfortable beds were a definite plus, adding to the overall enjoyment of my stay.

Navigating with only one elevator was a bit tricky, especially with an elderly guest, and some clearer signage wouldn't hurt.

I had a frustrating experience with noise from remodeling. To make matters worse, the refrigerator in my room malfunctioned, ruining my food and medication. Even after informing the staff, it was disappointing to deal with such inconveniences during my visit.

The outside garden is lush and perfect for a cuppa. Staff were super friendly and made us feel right at home. Room was spacious and clean, loved that!

Navigating to the pool kinda felt like being in a maze, which was a bit confusing. Could do with better signs, ja.
