From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming. Caroline from housekeeping went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was well-stocked and the variety was impressive, making our mornings brighter.

However, the water pressure on the fourth floor was a bit of a letdown, making showers less enjoyable. It would have been nice if the elevator situation had been better managed during our stay.
