The location of this hotel was perfect, as it was close to downtown attractions and Baylor University. It made it easy for us to get in and out and visit all the attractions in Waco. Additionally, the prices were reasonable, and we felt that it offered good value for money. The staff was also very attentive and helpful, making our stay enjoyable.

The only downside was that the rooms could use some renovation.
