Despite the Amazon conference taking up a lot of rooms, my ambassador status ensured that I got a room with an amazing city view. The stylish and modern room was extremely nice, with premium bedding and a well-stocked minibar. The hotel was super clean, and I especially enjoyed hanging out in the lobby, which had a great vibe and ambiance.

The only minor negative feature was that breakfast was not included as originally paid for, but was instead provided as a $50 credit. Tip and service charges for each breakfast meal significantly reduced the effective value, resulting in additional out-of-pocket expenses for the meals.

My friends and I had a blast at the rooftop sunrise yoga overlooking Lake Michigan, before heading to The Living Room Bar for some DJ entertainment, games, and unique cocktails. We also went kayaking and water skiing, providing awesome chances to chill by the water and enjoy the city skyline. The W Boot Camp course with a fireworks display from Navy Pier was epic!

But it would be even more lit if they had a rooftop pool to cool off and vibe at during the day!

I recently stayed at W Chicago - Lakeshore for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is located in a great area, close to Navy Pier and the lake. The lobby and bar/restaurant have a trendy atmosphere and the staff was fantastic. The rooms were spacious, with a comfortable seating area and a beautiful view. The facilities, including the gym and pool, were top-notch. it was a very nice and clean hotel with friendly staff.

Cleanliness was a major issue. the shower was dirty and had hair from previous guests.

I always return here for the reliable service and great amenities, like the 24-hour reception and delicious in-room breakfast. The staff even helped me find a local food delivery number on my first visit. Plus, the indoor heated pool is perfect — I'm coming back for Christmas!

The hotel had a stunning design and a great view of the lake. the staff was friendly and the DJ in the evening added a fun touch to the atmosphere. the bed was comfortable and the generous wine pour at the hotel bar was a nice bonus.

The hotel lacked attention to detail. the wifi had to be paid for, which was surprising for a luxury hotel.

The restaurant and downstairs area were incredible, with beautiful interior decorations. The walk-in shower was a highlight. The best part was the amazing views!

The modern rooms are well-kept with comfortable beds and relaxing bathrooms. The friendly staff will assist you with everything you need and the breakfast is good. Plus, the hotel offers high-speed internet, making it easy to stay connected during your stay.

Some guests have reported issues with cleanliness, but this seems to be a rare occurrence.

I recently stayed at the W in Chicago for a weekend getaway. From the moment I arrived, the friendly and helpful reception staff made me feel welcome. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance to downtown and offering stunning views of Lake Michigan and the Navy Pier. The spacious room had a separate lounge area, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the TV. The breakfast served by the hotel was delicious, with a good selection of food. I also enjoyed the option of getting food at the bar. Additionally, the hotel had a great gym and a lovely pool. my stay at the W Chicago was fantastic and I would highly recommend it.

I was amazed by the stunning view of Lake Michigan from my room at W Chicago - Lakeshore. The sight of the beautiful lake was truly breathtaking. The bar at the hotel was also a pleasant surprise with delicious drinks and even non-alcoholic cocktails for the kids. The friendly staff at the front desk made me feel welcomed right from the start.

The room had a minor issue with a water leak in the ceiling, but it did not significantly affect my overall experience.

Great location by a pier and beach, with plenty of nearby restaurants and bars. Modern and classy design, with amazing views from the rooms. Well-equipped gym and pool facilities, alongside attentive and accommodating staff. Comfy beds and pristine bathrooms, with nice decor and amenities. Would definitely come back.
